My dad wanted to get this because it was naughty dog that made crash bandicoot, which I'm a fan of since. This trailer comes back though of showing what the ps2 was capable of then. The tralier, music, landscape, characters. It was like a spiritual quest. It showed everything for what it wanted to be. Childhood and fun. I got the actual game . lol but I still need to get through it, under water tunnel place. No idea where I have to go.... but last time playing in.... late 2020.... this is a beautiful game. I sold my gaming PC , Bought a refurbished PS2 with a wireless ps2 third party controller with a av Upscaler and some of the most beloved games , My point is these games are actual entertaiment and are innovative interresting and feel and play like a game , Games these days are bland boring uninspiring Crap pushed out with no love for them at all It has become a profit only caring business with the new generations having to high hopes and ofcourse the companies trying to fullfill their expectations
I mean im 21 Years old and i have no fun anymore in any modern games , they all feel like tech demo's with to much gameplay and Uninspiring Lore , a game needs to be a simple concept with a interesting world that you would dream and imagine in most of your fantasies.
Multiplayer and online gaming and ofcourse the modern technology has really destroyed the simple concept and made it a stressfull shore , Competetive nature does not belong in simple entertaiment.

Jak and Daxter was like Zelda, but with less research. You’re basically told where to go most of the time, but the fighting is definitely good, along with the different areas. They’re so detailed for that time and we’re so fun to explore. Daxter’s lines are great throughout the game and they always entertain.

You sure about that? Ripped the video or re-encoded to 1080p? Looks like the HD remaster too. Did you really fan edit this?

a bit of differences between this and the final product, jak just gets a power cell and doesn't dance when he gets it, the numbers have a different font. draw distance is terrible. still a good trailer. its nice to see such improvements

Would be cool to see someone remake this trailer with the new PC port in 4k 60fps.

I remember watching this trailer on a ps2 demo and thinking this song was so cringe I didn't want to play this. I later chose MGS2 instead of this game, which was much better choise, but I wish I played this game back in 01.

I prefer the trailer to the game XDXDXDXD don't misunderstand, I liked the game, really much, but this trailer..with this song....oh, boy.
P.S. Thank you Raziel, for the video and, especially, for the song, I didn't know it was buyable ;-), I thought it was a track used only for this trailer.
