Agreed. For a boss unit (and the latest one) he feels pretty balance. Strong enough to be relevant in the meta but not overtune like Clilias when she was released.
He IS balanced. He's really only good for shutting down cleave and he does it really well. Against standard and tank down drafts, his S3 doesn't really do much and there are other better DPS picks against those drafts.

If your team sucks enough, I guess. I swear to some people it's like every character has to kill the entire team and tank the entire team at the same time in a single turn or something, instead of this being a team builder and matchup game.

I don't have him, I just said my experience playing against him, 80% of the games I ended up eliminating him without him being able to have his second turn. But I don't think the character is bad or anything, just a reflection of YD's own video.

Zio is actually really tanky for having no hp . You can even run solo dps if you have enough protection
