He’s going through treatment so I agree he shouldn’t be out facing the public he will be open to infections as his immunity will be low. He will continue to do his duty as regards state affairs. And the queen is by his side as every partner is.
His immunity will be lower due to taking jabs he did not need

I wish everyone should stop panicking, Cancer is not always the dreaded death sentence that is the first thing that everyone thinks about, I am living with cancer have been for the last 7 years, I take chemo tablets every day and am monitored by oncology, its not the end of the world, I live a good life and just slightly younger than King Charles. He will recover from this, he will be with us. God Save the King.

Cancer can be a killer even with the best treatments.
Unfortunately orthodox treatments from big pharmaceutical companies aren’t reliable at all though they can achieve desired result. But C vitamin, though not included as orthodox treatment available to NHS or private sector, is pretty much guaranteed cure

I agree, so fear based. Meditations with Doctor Joe Dispenza are healing so many people diagnosed with Cancer, ME, MS etc. The world is changing. The news is a fear based programming like many programmes, movies etc. Brainwashing to control the masses.

I know journalists and presenters have to ask questions that they already know the answers to so that us ‘dumbed down’ viewers can understand the full picture, but I think asking the question ‘Does this mean that the cancer isn’t serious because he’s being treated as an outpatient?’ is a bit much and in poor taste, even for This Morning.

I wish the King a full recovery but cant helping thinking about the 1,000s of patient relying on the NHS for tests who will now have to wait a long time due to doctors strikes causing delays. For some it will be too late.

It's quite remarkable really. Charles is fighting, alongside his chums at WEF, to stop us lowly peasants driving cars in order to protect the planet. In the meantime he's driving in his gas-guzzling Rolls Royce from Clarence House to Buckingham Palace and then taking his helicopter from his palace to another of his palaces in Sandringham. You really couldn't make it up. The hypocrisy of the man.

I think it is most likely bladder cancer as my uncle had exactly the same procedure done for his enlarged prostate and it was during the course of this treatment that they also took a biopsy of his bladder and discovered it was cancerous. Thankful they caught it early and he made a full recovery so hopefully it will be the same of the King too. There are lots that can be done for cancer these days.
I think it is good thing that the King has been so open about his health issues .It will help many people

Charles will get all the medical care, help, and attention that he needs to get through this, and good luck to him. The idea that it will make others come forward and be bolder with similar health issues is darkly comic. Who and what is going to be available for them by way of treatment . .. the NHS❓ They will die, like so many other cancer sufferers, on the waiting list. The Ununited Disgraced Kingdom. 🇬🇧
Why doesn't Charles just say what form of cancer it is? Is there a stigma associated with bladder cancer? Cancer is not AIDS or an STD. But it's an improvement on QE2 whose cancer was described as "mobility issues" and she allegedly died of "old age".
Cancer is classed as old age when you die at the age the Queen was, basically every thing is classed as old age once you are an OAP, cancer at that age is age related and not unusual. They don't have to disclose every single detail to the public and maybe they don't know yet what stage he is or what specifically he has.
He shouldn't t have to share all his private health issues to the public !!media can wait !!

@Bracken1980 Old age entails morbidities which cause death but old age itself is not a direct cause of death. My mother died of cardiac failure at 72 and that is what is stated on the death certificate, not old age. Just stating what form of cancer he has is not disclosing every single detail, but it would stop the guesswork and speculation. Similarly I don't know why Kate has not stated that she had a hysterectomy but called it "abdominal surgery".

American surgical pathologist opinion: The doctor got it right- bladder cancer is the most likely given the available information. He will visit hospital daily for radiation treatment for about 6 weeks. This is my best educated guess based on the available information.

Scary, but people often die from other causes due to prostate cancer being such a slow growing cancer if that is what it is.

When Alison Hammond said "Obviously we don't know..." I couldn't help but think all those media presenters and pundits know exactly what "form of cancer" that King Charles has. Why try to persuade us if they don't? It's us little people that are left to wonder and those in the know just play around with us trying to fill their airtime. I agree. A guest on Pierse Morgan Talk tv yesterday who has a medical background felt that the public are being prepared for more serious news?. Also Tom Bower was on the panel and said that KC's neighbours in Highgrove mention either over Xmas or before Xmas that KC is not a well man? allegedly.

Charles should rest up for the operation and let the other royals carry out engagments, as long as they are up to it. No point in making the entire royal family ill.
I love how in Berlin last year everyone that met him stated on German national TV that he seemed like he was in pain, and even talked about it to on-watchers who he briefly talked to during the walk about. However on British TV everything is sugarcoated. We all remember how frail the Queen looked during her last weeks, yet on TV everyone was like - she's fine she's fine. Completely blind to what's actually happening.

Best wishes for the King. In my ideal scenario, William and Harry might spend some quality time together. Perhaps Harry and Meghan spend time in the UK for a couple months with the kids, very low key to be a support system to the family. Instances like this show you what is truly important in life.
I truly believe that stress is a huge factor when it comes to illness including cancer and I think Harry and Meghan have a lot to answer for , the pain he caused his grandparents and his father , not to mention Catherine, cannot be ignored.

He has to be both the luckiest and unluckiest man in the world in regards to this diagnosis. On one hand? Some of the best health care in the world is on tap for him. He won't be ~A~ patient, he will be ~THE~ patient for his team. On the other? The man's whole ~life~ revolves around being a face, a name, a person in the room to gather others together. Diplomats use the royalty for their ability to be both neutral parties but also still have that ability to silently nudge and endorse. The last, absolute LAST thing a cancer patient is going to want to do is constantly and endlessly have strangers up in their face, demanding handshakes, getting as close as they can to him - even going on a break from public events doesn't really stop that. How many people work in the castles? The size of the staff, the size of the staff of families, the still needing to see him in private endless lines of people. His immune system is going to be getting just dragged thru fire through this. Hopefully his family will be able to occasionally kneecap him down to rest - quick, someone get the corgis, if he sprains an ankle by an overly enthusiastic reminder of his late mother, his family and closest staff will have a change to get him to just ~sit~ occasionally.
