    Lovely and very inspiring interview, Callipeg! This is something that I've always wanted to do, creating a short film on the iPad. Still hopeful and looking forward to the future when I own an iPad and an Apple Pencil.
    Josh, I'd recommend you change the video settings of your Elephant Tracks youtube channel to turn off "For Kids", I'm pretty sure lots of people would love to leave comments on your videos.

      Oh thank you, didn’t know that was on. The channel isn’t fully up and running yet so that’s probably why haha

      @@joshmartin6953 Yeah, dude. People commenting on your videos helps boost your videos. Also, a little self-promo, it'll be really cool helping you on your project. Here's my instagram and my current youtube channel which shows my animations so far.

      (I think youtube prevents links from being added in comments, so I removed the http extensions.)
      At the moment, I'm doing an intensive internship, which will be over probably in December. So hopefully next year, I'll be available while starting college.
      I'd love to chat with you whenever you feel comfortable doing so.
      Cheers, Josh and good luck completing the project!

    Can you create long animations on calipeg or is the maximum length of the animation time 10 seconds?

    • @Callipeg
      @Callipeg  Год назад +1

      Hello, it is technically possible to create a long animation on an iPad but you have to divide your work into shots, like you would do on any animation production.
      A shot is almost always 1 to 10 seconds long, sometimes 20 but it will depend a lot on what your iPad can handle.

      Each shot is its own file, and you export your shots once they are done to edit your film in a video editing software.
      There is no sheets or layers number limit in Callipeg: the only limit is your available storage and ram memory. The larger and longer a shot is, the more space and memory it will need.
