'The Starfish Story' is a 2D Animated Short Film created as part of a '48 Hour Animation' Challenge.
The Story is an adapted version of the popular 'Starfish Story' which explores the idea of little deeds and its consequences.
This is the first of many such films we will be making on this channel that explores different themes of life, so be sure to watch out for us (Subscribe maybe?)

This could totally be a movie man, like 48 hours for 3 minutes of an animation? In 2 months he can make a 90 minute long movie, man.
Haha probably. But we won't we able to acheive good watchable quality in that time frame

This is wonderful! There's a feeling of hope in this animation, a boy with a seemingly impossible task in helping others faced with failure he still chooses to try knowing that it mattered no matter how small the act. It's hard to face failure and adverse challenges, but we must if there is to be any growth or change. Love the messages, love the simple but beautiful animation and art style! Can't wait to see what else you create Kesh!

Firstly congratulations for creating such a wonderful short film. As like many other people who always loved animated films, videos and movies for stories I do it too and its such a warm hearted short film, that it made my heart warmer. I loved it a lot as well as I have always liked your work from the moment when I get to know it and I am big fan your artworks. Although I hope it to have little more work on dialogue quality like cleaning some voice to make it hear clearly and better. I hope I can see more such work from you in future.

When you are really trying to save world one starfish at a time, it can get frustrating when the world starts blatently killing starfish because they don't want to care for them.

Why do I feel like the starfish falling into the sea could've had a knock on effect - like the starfish could've spread the word, rounded up the sea animals and they could've all moved in synchrony to create a wave so big it would wash up on the shore and take all the other starfish home...
