I have seen soil erosion of the beach. What scares me is the sharp dip down into the ocean where the swimmers go to swim. The dip from beach to swimming water is PROFOUND. And appears dangerous. I can only liken it to jumping into body of water. In a quarry. With very little way of exiting. Seen it in mozambique. North of inhassoro. Also some parts of South Africa. At the moment. Hartenbos on the garden route seems quite safe for swimming. Camps bay in cpe town can have quite bad breakers. Which perhaps are called dumpers. Personally experience it. Late husband got passed breakers it was ok for him.
You are talking about the future climate but you do not even take into account the fact that we are close to the end of an interglacial, the Holocene, and soon we will enter another glacial (-8 C) like it is the case since the start of the Pleistocene.
