A350 Aircraft Review Singapore Airlines
Today, I was a guest on the Singapore Air Airbus A350-900 plane at Istanbul Airport. 🇸🇬✈️
There will be a detailed review video about the configuration of this cabin, where I was a guest during the pandemic period, but I would like to share some of my notes with you; 📋
Business class; 🥇
These seats truly live up to their name, and Singapore Airlines offers all business passengers direct aisle access on every plane. Let's say that it is the only airline in the world with this feature.
There are a total of 42 business seats on this plane. The length of the armchairs, which completely recline and turn into a comfortable bed, exceeds 2 meters. The front row seats are designed a little larger than the others for families with children.
Premium Economy 🥈
Premium Economy Class seats, inspired by the economy and created by making additions according to the needs of the passengers, wink at the economy passengers with their prices, and wink at the Business Class with their features. There is no private personal space, but it offers you much more than economy for a very comfortable travel. I recommend you sit by the window and at the front of the section. On this plane, 24 seats are reserved for premium economy class.
Economy Class 🥉
The most affordable seats in the cabin where we can buy tickets by default are here. If you ask which is the most comfortable of the 187 economy seats in total, I would of course say the front row. However, I think that extra seat selection costs a fee, as is the case with every airline.
Designed in 3 rows and 3 seats each, the economy cabin has nice details such as cup holders and mirrors on each seat.
There are 4 flights a week between Singapore and Istanbul. I learned that the occupancy rate of these flights is very close to 100%, and Singapore Air, which also sells tickets to THY's Singapore flights with "codeshare", is increasing the number of weekly flights to 14 for now.
