Already had them and returned them. Synapse cant even save your thx settings when you click on a different window. The haptics are muddy and god awful, the stuff on the hub vanishes after a few minutes which makes the heat temp oled pointless and the rgb drains the battery like no tomorrow so have to not use it anyway. Another flashy product with 0 usability like every razer product. ps. Good luck returning them to razer as well. Unless you pretty much threaten a lawsuit, they will ignore you and jump through every hoop they can to avoid giving you your refund.
I bought this, and returned it the next day, synapse 4 messed my profiles and chroma profiles. Also audio is clearer and better on my Kraken v3 pro wireless than this.
Mic is mediocre non detachable. Why did they not put the same detachable mic that the black shark v2 2023 version has on it. Reviewers raved about that headset.
Can yall like work on synsapse 4 and stop releasing overpriced shit lol. Yall say its 30% faster but ive got a Basilisk v3 and a cobra pro contected to a dock amd 8k dongle and both often dont pop up even tho im using them plz fix ur already out shit

The oled on mines is not even being reconstructed by synapse 4 .. even after uninstalling the software numerous of times

But does it work with Mac? Not one of my Razer headsets works with my Mac anymore. Very sad.
