Dear sur I'm your subscriber, your explanation is really good, can you clarify me on takt time, Situation like there are total Five processes namely A,B,C,D,E in these five processes 2 parts are flowing, and in process C D another 3 Parts will join, my question is for multiple parts with same process how to calculate the Takt time?, and Cycle time for each parts are different, please make one video if possible or clarify me here.
