What's the backstory?
@@dead_channe1 I can't really answer as to why Pink has 2 Spinels (maybe cuz she's a diamond??) and why one is male. But the basic idea is that Spinel's reaction to Pink's death/her abandoning them is the same as in the movie, while her brother, while feeling betrayed and hurt, is more angry about his sister receiving this treatment. Spinel and Pink were closer than male Spinel (that I don't really have a name for). He wanted to get revenge on Pink, sure, but when the events of the movie happened it was more because he wanted to make his sister happy, rather than his actions being driven by his own desires. He eventually got convinced by the Crystal Gems/Steven and made a decision to break free from his sister, leaving her to fight Steven alone in the end. She forgave him in the end and they remained friends but he didn't return to homeworld with the diamonds.

Oof- it hits me in the feels how relatable this song is. When I heard it in the movie, I was tearing up because my brother moved out and promised he would visit. And when I figured he didn't come back for like a year, it hurts to know if he was okay or not. He was just hanging out with his friends, my mom took me to therapy and I'm diagnosed with anxiety. When I saw how this song went, I felt bad for spinel going through almost the same things as I did.

Such a mood right? Pink diamond isn’t mean. Her character development was given to us backwards.
Sugar Studios thought I respect everyone’s opinion, it’s just my own opinion that I completely dislike pink, though she was viewed as a “child” it still didn’t give her the excuse to silence Pearl, hurt Volleyball, or abandon spinel all because she was annoying to her. But I’ll respect your opinion and not say anything against it since we both have valid reasoning 👌🏾
Such a mood right? it’s not an opinion, when the show started pink was rose, when it ends pink will be pink. You see when the show started when we had flashbacks it was flashbacks of rose, now we only get pink, at the start rose was a saint, wonderful amazing everyone loved her, now we find out her 5000 year old mistakes which she’s clearly grown from, as at the end of her life rose was kind and patient, and at the beginning she was child like short tempered and aggressive. We’ve gotten it backwards. Pink shouldn’t be hated, yes she’s done things wrong but though pink and rose are the same person, they are polar opposites and should be treated as 2 different people, you can hate pink, but don’t hate rose.

I've been in this situation back on high school i was the friend who always try to give advices to their friends so the story started when a girl aprroached me because she's in a pickle her boyfriend dump her we exchange text and always to to each other in school until one day while we were exchanging text she said "wait i'll be right back" then we never spoked to each other again it hurt me because i was kinda falling for her and i was trying to fix her its been 5 years still no news from her

If this would have been a true story where Spinel did have a brother i actually made a few suggestions on what would have happened (Ugh and another thing ill be calling the male spinel just "the brother" and the female spinel just spinel) *_Ahem_* I would have thought that the brother would have tagged along with spinel being that the brother was also sad but didn't really want revenge so he would have just tagged along with spinel and in the really catchy male & female other friends spinel would be attacking them and the brother just standing there watching then after that song, both of them would have been poofed, both of them forgetting why they are even on the planet earth so both of them would tag along with steven fixing his friends and when both of them finally get reminded this song would happen then after steven sings the song "Found" the brother would be convinced first and the brother and steven would soon convince spinel to forgive pink diamond and find another partner so yeah spinel deactivates the injector then thinks steven was just kidding her and she turns it back on you know what the movie did then both the brother and spinel would have to fight steven on top of the injector but the brother still didn't want to hurt steven BUT spinel convinces the brother that steven is the enemy and to work with spinel his actual sister so yeah the brother gets confused and they actually fuse into a "Kunzite" gem (thats actually a real gem in the real world and that gem is colored purple or pink so it fits them anyway) so yeah they would fight and yeah basically the brother and spinel unfuse and uh yeah both of them find the diamonds and live with them. Hope you enjoyed that!
