    1. Pour rice into a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 30 minutes.
    2. Mash the rice until a puree is formed.
    3. Add ground almonds (25 g), powdered milk, ground cardamom, granulated sugar and raisins to taste. Mix everything.
    4. Pour in milk and cook over medium heat for 35 minutes.
    5. Continue stirring after boiling until thick.
    6. Add pandan leaf extract.
    7. Place the mixture in a deep bowl. Decorate with almonds on top and sprinkle with ground almonds in the center.
    8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

    Rice - 250 g
    Water - 1 liter
    Ground almond - 50 g
    Powdered milk - 30 g
    Ground cardamom - 1 tsp
    Granulated sugar - 1 cup
    Milk - 1,25 liter
