Just looking at your positioning in this video, your left shoulder is higher than your right, and your head is shifted to the left and also tilted to the left slightly (assuming the video isn’t mirrored). I have this type of issue, too, and my sternum seems slightly twisted as well. Any tips for fixing this?
@@xxpowwowbluexx yeah it used to be a lot worse. I’m by no means perfect but the tips in this video got me really far as well as my videos on uneven shoulders.
When lifting asymmetrically, do you use the same weight for both sides? My left is noticeably stronger than my right. I assume i should use the appropriate weight for my weak side for both as to not further compound growth/strength issues.
I actually use the weight for the strong side but stop lifting when the weak side fails. I then increase reps over weight. This strategy has helped me out the most.

I have a problem with my left shoulder after a dislocation occured few years back, nowadays when i raise my arms above my head i feel it like the left shoulder is gonna jump out and right feels so damn tight and i cant raise it as much as the left. I hope these will help! Thank you so much for the content
My pleasure! Yeah that can be tough to get past :/ Work on some left posterior ribcage expansion or something like this could help: m.ruclips.net/video/v4nugrWh5GA/видео.html
Hello, thanks to your videos I re-learned 360° breathing in 1 week. Thank you. I have also noticed that Ihave symptoms of a very weak transverse abdominus, even though my rectus abdominus is very strong. Gonna start working on that. Is that a common weak stabiliser?
Glad i found your channel dude, got a similar (but smaller) body to you and have always have my left pec be lower than right, aswell as the same sides shoulder be much higher .. super annoying
Man thank you for this. My right pec is smaller and has been for as long as I can remember. Seems to have gotten worse the older I get which I’m assuming has to do with worsening posture. It’s nearly made me quit training in a “bodybuilding” style a few times out of frustration. Looking forward to giving this a shot.
Hi, can you recommend someone in the Los Angeles area for my vertebrae are fused front and back with 16 screws two rods and a plate and addition I have bilateral severe wing scapula, including a Peck tendon transfer to the scapula that failed to reduce my scapular winging. I also have tremendous back pain, which will probably necessitate surgery. I really can use someone assistance with the unique bio mechanics of my body.
@@waughfit what excercises did you do to correct it? When im sedentary all day my right shoulder and collarbone are little below the left. I do think my right pec is actually bigger than my left. regardless i would still be curious to know what you did.

What was the root cause of having ur right shoulder being lower and right chest being smaller?
Natural asymmetries of the body due to organ asymmetries as well as years of playing baseball.
@@waughfit boy do i feel that with the years of baseball. Feel like my entire body is out of balance 😂
