Installed it myself without any issues. The wifi signal is great even ruclips.net/user/postUgkxE_D_sddGAdiVUKp7PkkmyxO7bRtgqmk5 when the router is located far away. I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.
I've had mine for over 3 years now with no issues. I did have a problem with them going off line recently but the issue went away when I upgraded / updated my router. They work great for me for what I bought them for.
Wow, I have to say this video is very thorough. I appreciate you very much for making this and most importantly not wasting my time with BS about things that are unimportant. Again thanks and keep up the good videos like this.
Good video. when I check into mine, there is a crazy loud feedback going on in the sound. I hooked up a diff camera yesterday by Swann that did the same thing. Customer service had to get on my laptop to fix it. There is no way to obviously fix it. Bummer...
I bought one.. was pretty happy with it..but its starting to go offline a bit too often for no reason....so was going to buy a 2nd one...but seeing the comments below and my own issues... I won't ....Also, if I have it on sensitive it goes off with the sun coming in brighter ...but if I lower the sensitive to mid way....it won't go off when a person passes. I think he did a good job explaining things though.
Hi,just one question when you record the front is that camera on the inside of the window ? Because I plan to get one and place on my window sill to record my parked cars ! Just wondering if this would work etc ? Thanks
thank you for this helpful video! one quick question, will it continually live stream 24/7? I have another system that records when senses motion, but only can live stream in 30 second clips ( and then I have to press "continue" if I want to continue live streaming). trying to find a system for baby nursery and would like the live stream to always be on (I actually need the motion sensing recording part of it). thanks in advance!
well least you noted, not for PC it saves me alot, unlike others dont mention that, how is it i type in the youtube search, mini can to hook up to PC and can get what i type
when the motion sensor goes off and it starts recording. If you dont have the app on will it still record to the cloud where you can watch it later? and does the app use alot of data? and how much does it cost to have the cloud save your videos ?
+Kevin Adams Even if you dont have the app running, the video will still save to the Hubble cloud. The app can use a lot of data if you do a lot live streaming. Otherwise for regular use , its not bad. It depends what data plan you have or if its unlimited. As for the Hubble plan prices, its best you check it on their website.
This is an awesome easy installation information and I just followed the instruction and I set it up real quick with no problem. Thank you for this video. How can I install the second camera, should I start the same process? Thanks.
Great review. I have a question. I have two locations I want to setup a camera in, one for my home and one for a different location. These locations have separate and distinct wifi LANs. Can each camera still work through one account while being in separate locations? That way I could monitor two locations with one account.
I don't see why it wouldn't work with one account because when you add the camera, Hubble only need to see the camera via internet access, regardless of them being on different LAN.
I installed it under the eaves so it doesn't get wet. Hubble offers several package to save the video clips for 1 day, 2 days, 5 days etc. You can check it out on their website.
Great video, just one question; does the camera record 24hrs/a day?...when does it actually stop recording? I want to catch vandals, particularly my neighbors who park next to my car. Also, what if my tablet is in sleep mode, will it continue to record? Please advise and thanks for the great video.
+Senait Hates Ottawa The motion triggered events are recorded and stored on the paid Hubble service. You need to install Hubble app on your tablet or phone to watch the recorded event or live video feed.
Danil Xu With current Hubble service via the web, you can't record 24/7. If you need something like that, you will need to buy a dedicated DVR like ones by Swann, or Samsung, etc.
+dial2fast just saw this reply, I want to record my car....I plan to place one camera inside my car and the second inside my home to zoom in on my parked car which is on a parking lot. When I leave the lot, I don't need recording from my home. Can you advise?
You can add more than 4, but at the time of making the video, Hubble only offered video recording for up to 4 cameras. You can still do live streaming on more than 4.
ok thanks, i notice though about the night vision in your other video about the window which is what i was going to do; so i decided not to buy it because of that reason.
Ok so at my work, they have 4 cameras. 3 in the living room and one in the laundry room which is the office also. I work at the facility for elderly. I work noc shift ok, so we are not allowed to nap even if the residents are sleeping. Last night around 2am, the cameras ate flashing red, first time i saw like that. Usually i only see blue light on the cameras. So i asked my husband if the cameras are flashing red, means they went on check the cameras? Is that what it is?
According to the Hubble site, they only list two Moto cameras and both are not for outdoor. FOCUS66 and BLINK83. Moto makes other outdoor camera but I am not sure if they will work with Hubble. hubbleconnected.com/hubble-products/
I dont know how to hear my sound detected recording on my hubble for motorola , I can only see and hear when it record s motion detected , but I need to hear all the sound detected recording ... help please .
carlos romero Note: If your Camera is moved from one router (e.g. home) to another router (e.g. office) or you have Camera setup issues, then the Camera has to be reset. Please reset the Camera with the following procedure: 1. Slide the ON/OFF switch to OFF. 2. Press and hold the PAIR button then slide the ON/OFF switch to ON. 3. Release the PAIR button when you hear a confirmation beep and see the RED LED slowly flashing.
Netgear has all of them too. Except Arlo kind of sucks and mainly cause it records with motion clips : ( or I’d have it. I have 250$ for a security WiFi system. Might go with this
Both of these cameras breaks in six months. Both go offline never to return back to working status. There is no one to call for help. Two cameras = screwed 2 times!
I have them. The field of view it's very narrow, the lag between what happens and what the camera show it's horrible..the resolution it's horrendous...I give them 3/10
Motorola does not allow you to use Web app on PC unless you pay them. The camera is garbage to me because of this micro-transaction subscription to use their hardware you own and forced to register with outside source to use your hardware. Anyone at Motorola can jack into your hardware to spy on you. I'll be looking for a TRUE IP camera, that only connects to my infrastructure, locally controlled only. Anyone using this camera should know this info. Seems more and more everything is moving to mobile and only works with handshaking with corporations where everyone else has control over what you can use and for how long. This way they can force you to upgrade and obsolete your devices. It is like buying a video camera from a salesman and then handing them the keys to your house in order to use your security system. Big Nope.

I wasn't In Mexico and I can see my Camera working in Oregon. I love it

+stemufc16 You can't put this behind a window as the IR LED will reflect of the glass. I placed the camera outside.
dial2fast you can’t put the camera outside. As it is not recommended.

pychang116 yes it will continue streaming all the time
Also you have to pay for motion video but snapshots are free

I have this same camera but can’t seem to activate them both. Can you help me please? Thx!

you said outside ? how do you protect it ? Also does it have free cloud storage ?

Can you import the video to your pc?

i mean.. how do you do manual recording so 24/7 clips can be saved and overwritten
Danil Xu With current Hubble service via the web, you can't record 24/7. If you need something like that, you will need to buy a dedicated DVR like ones by Swann, or Samsung, etc.

when it saves the videos will it save it forever until your delete it or is this a trial thing?
+neek247 The free trial right now seem to save it for a long time, but once they start the price plan, then it will be deleted after X number of days.
ok thanks, i notice though about the night vision in your other video about the window which is what i was going to do; so i decided not to buy it because of that reason.

Is that what it is?
Diana Feliciano no that is when the camera is recording or taking a picture usually either motion or sound detection sets it off

+surendra kumar Maurya Camera needs to be connected to internet so you can access it anytime.
My camera never blinks red, it only shows blue. Is there a hard reset?

Of the 4 I have purchased (1 outdoor Focus 73 and 3 indoor Focus 66), 2 failed (the 73 and a 66) in the first 6 months. Disappointing.
Mine says offline 😭
I have them. The field of view it's very narrow, the lag between what happens and what the camera show it's horrible..the resolution it's horrendous...I give them 3/10
Camera too bad. is always offline. Do not buy. money thrown away. Bought it and I'll throw it away.
