- Today's video is all about the maximum hydration method. I decided to try the maximum hydration method because my hair has been super dry and brittle due to not moisturizing my hair while it's in a protective style. I decided to do the maximum hydration method to define my curls, add shine to my hair, moisturize my hair, and also to minimize frizz.
The maximum hydration process consists of 6 steps:
1. Cherry lola method (not seen in this video)
2. Cleanse with ACV Rinse
3. Co-Wash or Condition
4. Bentonite Clay Mask
5. Leave In Conditioner
6. Style

Girl I don't do much to my hair. No deep conditioning, no pre poo etc. I just wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner and use hair grease and water afterwards. I use no heat methods to stretch my hair. I don't wash my hair very often.

@@ivymerritt7577 oh okay. It’s possible that you saw residue from the leave in conditioner. I rinsed for a long time to get all the clay out. ❤️
