Both have powerful voices but I honestly don't think they sound alike. Whitney has a very unique voice and sound. Her voice sounds celestial to me. Cece is a very powerful singer. There are certain tones in her voice that do sound "similar" to Whitney's but all in all they sound different to me. Whitney has a more clear, crisp sound. Watching this video makes me so emotional because this is the Whitney that she truly was. She could hit those high notes so easily and they were strong and clear and right on point with such excitement in her voice. Gosh, I miss her. Not only that, but the voice placement, the diction, the resonance, how natural and effortless it sounds. I'm still trying to think of any top artist that would sing background and I can't find any.
I guess Whitney was the real one, good friend ❤❤❤
What a beautiful song, such beautiful voices, so many beautiful faces in the crowd. Just a beautiful moment in time. Sheeeesh what I wouldn’t give to go back & stay there 🥹
I had fallen asleep on the couch while watching t.v. They started singing this song on the Arsenio Hall show. It sounded so beautiful, I thought I was dreaming. I woke up and realized they were really singing and was even more surprised to see Whitney Houston singing background vocals. I will never forget this performance.
I had forgotten all about this.... They were really friends - family in Christ.. I remember this.

I'm sure booking agents jumped at the chance to have Whitney on their shows and in their venues. Angel Whitney new exactly what she was doing for her friends! The world didn't deserve her, now she's leading the celestial choir! 💓🙏🏽

Even in the background, Whitney still shines!
That's real singing folks!! Not that auto tune stuff we hear now..🤨
It’s that power in Whitney’s voice that just blows me away every time. Man I’m so thankful that I got to witness such a God given talent.
