- No leader is perfect. Even godly leaders make mistakes. John distinguishes between a leader’s position and a leader’s behavior. He encourages you to remain honoring rather than critical and offended toward your leaders. He also guides you on how to commit your situation to God, allowing Him to make things right.

It is true. I had a fall out with my mother in law, I reacted the way I did because I didn't feel accepted by her. It took 3 years of God dealing with me, and I finally went and apologised, without raising any of my concerns. My mother in law now defends me like nobody's business and she sees me as her daughter. It is absolutely true. It is wonderful to be taught by God. And this whole thing makes sense now.
I can listen to John speak about the Bible all day.
Same here, I love John's teachings. He is a good representation of God.
Binge watch all-day everyday.
Forgiveness is often portrayed as a gift to the one who wronged you, but in reality, it's a gift you give to yourself. Holding onto resentment is like clutching a hot coal with the intention of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. By forgiving, you liberate yourself from the emotional bondage of past events, reclaiming your inner peace. It doesn't mean you condone the act or forget the pain it caused, but you choose to release its power over you. In forgiving, you take back control of your own narrative, allowing you to move forward in life unburdened by the weight of unresolved anger or sorrow. In this sense, forgiveness is not just an act of compassion towards another but an act of profound self-love.
If have proper on perspective during trials, we can grow and become more like Jesus.
Jesus is the LORD I Love You Holy Spirit I Love You Jesus I Love You Father God God is soo soo Good
Yeah. Leaders are humans too just like the ones they lead. David is just such a good example of how he honored saul.
If Godly leaders are humble before the mistake, during the mistake, and after the mistake is more understandable acceptable.
If they are arrogant before the mistake, during the mistake and after the mistake not good. None of us are perfect but our approach can allow grace and wisdom.
That works when the individual is not a narcissistic. Forgiveness is still called as people of faith but definitely soms folks who are narcissistics can weaponize those apologies. Your son sounded very mature.
Thank you for continuing to stand with me for my breakthrough. God is at work and I long to see what He does behind the scenes.
YES AND AMEN IN 2023.
Bro. John its such a blessing to have the Holy Spirit, your wife, and your mom that loves you unconditionally. God is sooo! good he always gives us whom we need. Always.
Beautiful teaching..
I'm in awe
Thank you very much Amen 🙏
Definitely 'Got something out of this' Thank you. Actually going to listen to it again.
God gave us free will so the ppl that hurt us or betray us deeply was not part of God’s plan for me. He doesn’t want that darkness in my life. Ppl can’t use the excuse The Devil made me do it. It’s verbal and emotional abuse. And you have to let those ppl go for peace. Even if it’s family.
Please pray for pastor Tony Evans.
Amen!!!❤
Excellent Word 👏 Keep preaching!!!! 👏
So good!
Wow.
❤👏🏽👏🏽
I'm confused why it was okay for David to kill the messenger who said they killed Saul? That part seemed to be breezed by. Wasn't that showing David's offense, taking revenge? What made that a good choice, was that mans life not of value in Gods eyes?
