Difference is you don’t NEED a new vehicle therefore it is very possible if they don’t sell new vehicles if people would stop then they have no choice but to drop it eventually
@ I hope so. I’d like to get my wife a Tahoe but even the used ones with under 50k miles are still over $50k. It’s nuts. I don’t even bother looking at new because I’m not paying $70k for a Tahoe.
You are smoking crack, I can afford anything I want to drive and pay cash for it. I’m not a fool though, and I would never pay these ridiculous prices. Last new vehicle was 2021 long bed Tacoma offroad fully loaded $41k out the door complete with taxes etc…. You are a complete fool if you willingly pay these pig prices and especially if you finance the pig with little money down. Plain idiotic and financially irresponsible. The repo market is at an all time high. The auto industry is about to implode, but you believe what you want! 😵💫😵💫🤪
Paying $80K to $120K for a pickup is part of the appeal. I'd rather give one of my kidneys than be caught dropping my kids off at school in a car that poor people could afford.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Hit the nail on the head towards the end. Literally any American corporation is just aiming to keep stocks up and keep CEOs and shareholders happy and they'll do whatever they can to do that. Cut labor costs, cut quality costs, cut out middle-men, etc. No one cares about the end product they just care about the profit. Aint just in cars, quality on everything has dropped meanwhile they're more expensive. Home appliances, technology gadgets, even food companies and fast food adding more BS ingredients to things that never had them 3 years ago and charging more for lesser quantities/portions. Hopefully it doesn't take long for companies to realize people are straying away from buying into this shit
Thomas....NO ONE at these dealerships are worried....prices may come down a little, but not enough....they'll just sell them at auction....best just to try to buy from an individual.....even the Raptor R's need to have the addendum TAKEN OFF....
I live in Montana where a lot of people would rather drive a new diesel 1 ton than a have a decent house, Crazy. Its not rare to drive by a RV that someone obviously lives in with a brand new F350 next to it.
Nissan is stopping or has stopped the Titan. If they were smart, they would restore production and top them at 40k. They would DOMINATE the truck market.
Who in their right mind would buy these pieces of things only to have them recalled and a band aid put on the defect or the worthless things leave them stranded in the middle of traffic????????
regardless of trucks, dealers will learn their lesson on prices, can be toyota, honda whatever case is, just give it time, course i say that and yet nothing changes
The prices are not going up. VALUE OF YOUR MONEY IS GOING DOWN. People don't understand basic economics. The value of the fiat will continue to go down, while your salary will stay flat, until you find yourself not being able to afford roll of toilet paper. Not because it's expensive, but you are poor!
@@emil6568 there's a huge difference between these two, designed for a reason. Saying prices going up, automatically blames whoever raises the prices. And we can see it, while everyone is blaming "greedy business". Saying value is going down points to real reason why it's happening. And it's not greedy business. They can't devalue your money. But like I sad, the biggest problem here is complete financial ignorance of population. And that's why nobody can understand the difference between rising prices and devaluation of currency.
Only fools pay that price. Toyota has gone down the drain. Nissan missed the opportunity to own the market by discounting the Titan. If Nissan updated the Titan a different story you would telling.
I’ve been waiting years for the housing market to crash. Haven’t seen that yet, I doubt the truck market crashes this year.

@@ryanalexander984Tahoe's are junk
70k for a lot rotted 23 model or 72k for a 2025 with near guaranteed recalls waiting to be put in the mail? Decisions decisions.
Neither. Lol!
Overpriced pieces of junk... like Scotty Kilmer says,
"Making em cheap, stacking em deep"
Nothing is happening to truck or car manufacturers. People will buy them. For every person that won't or can't there are people who will or can.
Right. Some people got the bucks.

Manufacturers and dealerships greedy prices are insane.
Another 6 months and these prices will plummet.
That’s what we were saying g 2 years ago. Something has to give.
No it won't. Nothing will change.
Doesn't help dealerships do add ons, vehicles will not sell
The roads are full of them, I'm not worried about them. Pandering to people who can't afford them changes nothing

The holy mixed with the profane, don't get a good price on a truck.
That bullshit doesn't fly anymore people like me are waking up and it's wonderful, you can too, just read the bible.
Amen
2000 White Ford Ranger XLT regular cab, 78'000 original miles. $2500. Harley Davidson Sticker ebay $5.

Keep up the excellent insight presentation. Thanks
Must be great to be a dealer these days. They literally do nothing while their inventory sits.

22s and 23s need to be less than 48,000 out the door. Harley-Davidson packages, lift and rims and tires don't matter. No more

I hate blackout trim looks like the damn truck isn't finished
Haha. I can’t stand chrome. Oh look something shiny.

These vehicles are going to have flat spots as "new" vehicles
We have been saying the truck crash will hit hard. It doesn't hit. People have money, or are willing to take on debt, so they keep buying.

I am still shopping for a 2025 Tundra 1794 and they better offer $10k off MSRP or they can let it rot.
or get it at auction or if used might get a good deal, who knows
@jakejohnson9827 any suggestions on auction sites?

"money value goes down" is an alternative to "prices go up" so I don't see any reason for specifying it this way, the situation stays the same
