If you don't have the stated router do u have to buy it because I have Huawei 174a and it's not shown there does that mean the sim card won't work when I insert it in my router?
My Access internet speeds are really disappointing and intermittent to say the least. I have to complain regularly but no improvement is forthcoming. I really would like to be able to contact someone other than a call centre operator but do not know how to do this. Please help me.

Worst ISP ever, they have a port manager that will start shaping your connection on RUclips, Showmax, Netflix and DSTV Now according to their FUP, especially when the network gets busy and client service suck big time!! Normal speed test will not show u when they shape your fibre as its done on their back end so don't even bother.
Lol dude. This is lame and Axxess fails as with most of the ISP providers in SA they piggy back of 3rd party providers. Telkom, Vumatel etc.... This helps no one. Connection will be sh%t only good reviews I have herd are Afrihost, GL HF, (I expect you're comment in two weeks with Axxess).
Hey Dennis, So sponsorship aside, i have never experienced any issues with Axxess since the connection of the fiber and we're always maintained the 50 Mbps coneection speed. All ISP's provide a connection to the internet through another companies infrastructure (which i barely think is regarded as piggybacking) and since you haven't seen any good reviews of Axxess Fiber interenet here's mine " Axxess has provided an Amazing 50 Mbps up and down Fiber connection to me for the past 7 Months and i suggest them to all my friends and family that enquire about fiber internet #honest #nonsponsored #Truth" hopefully this can help someone decide. Not sure exactly what comment you expect of mine ???
