The Kenworth Guy we’re lucky we have 4 t800 all with cats, are 3 Pete’s have had engine problems that’s why the x15 scares me when we buy new trucks. But I’ve heard good things about them in the kenworths
Where can I get one of those KW touk's??? Love that touk and I love that big KW 900. Great stuff Andy. Best truck profile anywhere,,,,, KW W900. Thanks again for posting and sharing.
Good day sir . Is the W900B the shortest overall model ? I notice this one is more stretched near the steps to the fifth wheel. Are there shorter versions ? More compact and snug, like the Australian models.
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy thank you. I really dislike these automatic European trucks - cabovers with a single drive axle. Small sleepers and dull dynamics.
*Some of my companies truck were bought new at Great West KW and spec'ed for and worked in the Alberta oilfields, [Since ecoterrorist-SJW's shutdown the oil industry in Alberta, our company moved to the Pennsylvania-Ohio-W. Virginia oil-gas fields] so they have the Webasto heaters on the engine, hydraulics, and sleeper. Does anyone know if they will keep your engine from freezing up in the extreme cold (-30/-40*C) when the engine is off for long periods of time (6-10 Hrs), or are they meant to be used for short term, and semi cold conditions (0/-20*C)? Is there a temperature at which they become no good, or are they very reliable?*
send an email to Andy, these temperatures aren't extreme for Western Canada, happen on a monthly basis in winter. Yes, there is a system to automatically start an engine in the cold.
I definitely would buy the B model over the L model. If only the L model didn’t have the Freightliner classic slopped hood. The L used to be straight up until the mid 90’s then they changed the design. The B model is just beautiful. The way a real truck should look.
Love the looks of the short hood!! Beastly-
TALL AND WIDE
Dang. I think I like the B model even better than the L.
Me too! Better turning radius. Love the color
Sweet color eh
Yes looks better.
Now that's a sexy truck!!! Absolutely love the B series!!!

The T800 / T880 is shorter. Not as short as the Australian KW though.

Not sure how you would get fuel into the driver side tank. Beautiful truck though.
Turn the tank a bit and it works.
