The video was amazing. I just arrived in Toronto. I found a 328 diesel vehicle, the price is affordable. 2014 model. At 190,000 kilometers. How do I know if it's a chain problem? Will it be in maintenance at 200,000? What will it cost and what needs to be done? Does diesel freeze in winter? I'm thinking of using this car for 350,000.
First of all timing chain will produce some unusual noise close to the dashboard, then rough idling, metal shavings in oil, and engine misfires plus check engine. Ideally chan need to be changed around 150k, but people drive car till the end. I don’t know cost to change timing chain. In winter was never problem to start engine because it has a heated element inside witch help to start in the cold weather. Some people drive same cars or gasoline engine over 350k but it’s a good idea to do the maintenance in time:)

I was thinking of buying one, with 178000 kilometers, is it advisable to buy with this high mileage?
Hi, I have already almost 190k on it, car broke once it was a manifold, fix by warranty. Make sure you bring car to mechanic shop to avoid any other problems)
There is one for sale with 83000 miles for $15,000. Do you think this is a good deal?
Good price, mine has already more then 180K and broke ones (manifold) most off the repairs was recall
