I disagree about giving them out for free. If people have paid for a show or at least drinks, they're pretty likely to pay 5-10 bucks for the cd. Shows don't pay enough and your music is worth something.
@@PunkWithACamera you also recorded and mixed and edited that disc and produced the artwork and took time to burn it and so on.. it's not just about the physical price of the disc. If its a single or has 3 scratch tracks on it maybe but if that's something you've put a lot of time into then it's worth whatever price you name on it. Artists dont make a living from shows, the music and merch are a huge part of the overall income stream. I do appreciate the video though
In my opinion the number is a chapter which means a main division of a book, typically with a number or title while the song title is a song title more of chapter 1 leaning towards book 📕 📖 📚. For me as a listener studio album 💿 and book 📖 📕 are the same. Because both books and studio albums have a song title and a number right next to it which is book 📕 📖 📚 and chapter.
Album covers and liner notes are used, and sometimes additional information is provided, such as analysis of the recording, and lyrics or librettos. Historically, the term "album" was applied to a collection of various items housed in a book format.

Will paper scratch the CDs? Hopefully not bc I already made a few but started wondering if that might be an issue....
