Most are little more than middle men/women who match a drug treatment to a set of diagnosed symptoms. At least that is my experience in NZ. Understandable if you only have 10-15 minutes with a patient. That's why we have to rely on retired Doctors and Scientists without Pharma affiliations.

If I read it correctly then mRNA technology was under development to treat cancer patients with a targeted treatment and that's maybe a good way to approach but to use it globally like a vaccine it was a huge mistake. The technology must be studied I see its use in some areas but not as mass treatment for viral infections.

Now I know why I was tested so heavily for cancers and HIV in 2022. Never could get a straight answer to my questions from my doctor. I took 2 shot of moderna in 2021 and refused all boosters to date. Currently have high IgM and IgG antibodies due to immunotherapy drugs injections back 2005. I have no Igg 4 antibodies, no cancers and do not have HIV. Now a catch 22 in play, to mRNA vaccines moving forward. My father passed away in February. He noticed a lump in his upper thigh in July. It was sarcoma. The doctor wouldn't believe it had just appeared. It grew rapidly, again, the specialist was saying he hadn't seen anything like it, spread to his lungs, again quickly and extensively, and then started growing through his skin, protruding well over an inch. It was horrific to see. He had all of his vaccinations and had not long had his spring booster. I have no doubt in my mind it was the vaccine. But a somewhat easy/free fix I did was download the audio track by googling "free youtube-to-mp3 converter", then opened it with Audacity (another free program), then went to Effect-> EQ and Filters -> Filter Curve EQ and played with the sliders until it was actually pretty good sounding. Okay. To be diagnosed with IgG4 RD there must be at least 1.35 mg/mL IgG4 to total IgG. Because I had 3 Moderna jabs I had my IgG subclasses tested. My IgG4 ratio was 0.94 mg/mL. My future is uncertain but I'm a 75 year old who possesses terrific metabolic health and I'm under 1.35 mg/mL. I hope ketones and my extreme carnivore diet keep me alive and well for a few more decades. Moderna, Pfizer, US healthcare and the MSM suck.
Old surgeln here but ten years younger than you, Sir! It is most important not to mix total IgG4 with spike specific IgG4. High spike igg4 practically never rise total igg4 level as I understand and crudely calculated. In my hospital work I checked total igg4 of some suspicious heacily mrna injected patients, one of them having really explosive turbocancer in every body part, and always the total iggg4 was normal. Wthout testing cv spike specific igg4 we find nothing, i think. And if some immunization would rise total iggg4 to kevels diagnostic to igg4-RD, it is not at all said that it would cause clinical igg4 related disease. Maybe in normal igg4-RD patients the high level is a consequence of the pathophysiological process but not the causative thing? Now I must say that I should do my homework better, starting with dr Razcak's paper and so on, and recalculate what were those elevated spike specific g4 concentrations versus total g4 levels in usual patient, is there even theoretical possibilty for them to rise total levels. Btw, another point of view...after vaccinations there certainly is generated mydriads of off-target antibidies which nobody ever measures, especially wth mRNA which makes a looot of off-target proteins. The same applies to conventional adjuvanted vaccines in some degree, Im just wondering. But no one never measures or cares about those off target antibodies, as said!

This is more like what is happening in science anyway, more and more is being published about unintended effects of vaccines in general and once we understand what is going on, the technology will be improved further, I am sure of it. @merogenomics it's possible to be dx with igg4-RD and NOT have elevated igg4, I'm interested in what you make of that. Symptoms mimic cancer but are not. We get fibrosis and pancreatitis etc.
I am thinking there is something to do with IgG4, fibrin, misfolded proteins and cancer. Does IgG4 stimulate the growth of fibrin? Fibrin seems to grow out of control after the c injections. Ie the unusual fibrous white blood clots seen. These are apparently a mix of fibrin and misfolded proteins (prions) from the spike protein binding to the ACE 2 receptor sites. This all seems to lead to cancers, blood clots and neuro degenerative disease when it reaches the brain causing amyloid plaques resulting in dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinson’s, as well as CJD and ALA. I think it’s the combination of the misfolded proteins (prions) AND the elevated inflammatory response stimulating IgG4 creating all this out of control fibrin, and at the same time turning off the cancer preventing B cells and tumour suppressant genes. PLUS the SV40 contamination.
Not directly, as far as I know, 1X mRNA has not been investigated for IgG4s in what I studied so far. Best comes 1X AZ + 1X mRNA and there is no effect or very little

In West Australia the mRNA vaccines were rolled out before we encountered the virus. We only got Omicron, as we were shut off from the rest of the world when the other variants were in circulation. 2 jabs and a booster was mandatory for everyone that worked, or you were dismissed. So the worst cases scenario for elevated IgG4 levels. I fear for our young heathy adults in the future. Drs here would have no idea why you were asking about IgG4, and reluctant to expose a problem as they encouraged their patients to get the mRNA vaccine.
This would be interesting to see what was happening with the vaccinated population that was never exposed to virus.This would allow to see what is vaccinal spike protein effect only. Valuable to know how much or how little of such technology should be used for optimal effect. On the plus side, this means that the vaccinated would have ample of time to build high quality antibodies against the virus.

We do not know yet because we are missing long enough studies. My thinking is yes but there is an unfortunate kink in the story where virus infection can now increase these IgG4 levels in mRNA vaccinated again, so they can end up looking like they persist. Longest analyzed period I have seen in published literature was ~18 months
I'm trying to understand how this applies to me. After 1 Pfizer shot I felt terrible for a few months, and then almost overnight got a large tumor: triple negative breast cancer. TNBC shows up on some lists of turbo cancers and not others. I am over 2 years no cancer, and once diagnosed I did a lot of ant treatments including taking a lot of Pectasol which reduces Galectin 3. Had I done standard of care I would have had 5 chemos and one of these immune check point inhibitors. What is unusual about me is since then I've learned that I had an undiagnosed immune deficiency (Common Variable Immune Deficiency) where I don't make many antibodies. I haven't looked at IgG4 specifically, but my IgG, IgM, IgA, IgE are all low and the only treatment is gamma globulin infused from other people. If ratio is what matters, then maybe even a little IgG4 would be bad for me because the IgG4/IgG ratio would be so bad.

I have mild scoliosis. I have jab injury with cardiac, neurological & ophthalmic symptoms. My son has type 1 diabetes which I believe was triggered by the jabs. We both have joint hypermobility which Dr Boon lim, UK cardiologist, says is a risk factor for long COVID & jab injury. My mild scoliosis is likely due to my joint hypermobility. My mother also jab injured & has joint hypermobility.

I think it’s probably bad due the risk of it’s sulphur molecule interacting with the IgG4 sulphur molecule and either splitting it and making more, or enhancing it’s function - thereby reducing inflammation to the point that the IgG1 B cells no longer get any alert signals that they need to respond. Seems we need some inflammation to stimulate the IgG1 into action but not too much otherwise it turns into ADE. (Not sure if I got that right but thats is how it sounds to me). So healthy people that take anti-inflammatories risk silencing their cancer detecting immune cells. Therefore, I’m thinking people who are extremely healthy with very low levels of inflammation should not be taking additional supplements that could increase their IgG4 B cells. ???
Thank you for this video. I wonder if IGg4 can be shown in biopsy. In the latest labs my mom's findings are showing normal levels of IGg ( they don't test separately 😕) but slightly bit elevated basophil levels. Still fighting but with her own hair that is 4-5 cm long . She had hoped that after 8 chemo sessions she would be healthy as before but I knew that won't happen, we have a long journey ahead of us.

I think there very well could be a possibility to use this tech in the context of immunization but this is why I mentioned at the very end of the video, we still need to figure out what is the right amount of antigen that should be produced from such approach. As is right now though, I do not think this is yet good to use, and the production of these IgG4 antibodies is a sign that we need to know more
@@Merogenomics You can't be sure of the amount produced, everyone's genetics is different, the fragililty of mRNA, how it was stored, DNA contaminants in the manufacturing process; there are just too many variables. This is a dead end technology in my opinion which is why is sat unused for 20 + years.

Yes, there is very clear evidence that indeed this can happen. Infection can then act as vaccine booster to start elevating IgG4 levels. At least in some individuals

If I read it correctly then mRNA technology was under development to treat cancer patients with a targeted treatment and that's maybe a good way to approach but to use it globally like a vaccine it was a huge mistake. Now I know why I was tested so heavily for cancers and HIV in 2022. Never could get a straight answer to my questions from my doctor.
I took 2 shot of moderna in 2021 and refused all boosters to date.
Currently have high IgM and IgG antibodies due to immunotherapy drugs injections back 2005.
I have no Igg 4 antibodies, no cancers and do not have HIV. Now a catch 22 in play, to mRNA vaccines moving forward. It will not matter what virus is circulating in such time frames but to know Igg 4 is the true killer.

My father passed away in February. He noticed a lump in his upper thigh in July. It was sarcoma. The doctor wouldn't believe it had just appeared. It grew rapidly, again, the specialist was saying he hadn't seen anything like it, spread to his lungs, again quickly and extensively, and then started growing through his skin, protruding well over an inch.
It was horrific to see.
He had all of his vaccinations and had not long had his spring booster. I have no doubt in my mind it was the vaccine.

But a somewhat easy/free fix I did was download the audio track by googling "free youtube-to-mp3 converter", then opened it with Audacity (another free program), then went to Effect-> EQ and Filters -> Filter Curve EQ and played with the sliders until it was actually pretty good sounding. I suggest everyone learn theses simple skills, hope this helps someone in the future.

Okay. To be diagnosed with IgG4 RD there must be at least 1.35 mg/mL IgG4 to total IgG. Because I had 3 Moderna jabs I had my IgG subclasses tested. My IgG4 ratio was 0.94 mg/mL. My future is uncertain but I'm a 75 year old who possesses terrific metabolic health and I'm under 1.35 mg/mL. I hope ketones and my extreme carnivore diet keep me alive and well for a few more decades. Moderna, Pfizer, US healthcare and the MSM suck.

Old surgeln here but ten years younger than you, Sir! It is most important not to mix total IgG4 with spike specific IgG4. High spike igg4 practically never rise total igg4 level as I understand and crudely calculated. In my hospital work I checked total igg4 of some suspicious heacily mrna injected patients, one of them having really explosive turbocancer in every body part, and always the total iggg4 was normal.
Wthout testing cv spike specific igg4 we find nothing, i think.
And if some immunization would rise total iggg4 to kevels diagnostic to igg4-RD, it is not at all said that it would cause clinical igg4 related disease. Maybe in normal igg4-RD patients the high level is a consequence of the pathophysiological process but not the causative thing? Now I must say that I should do my homework better, starting with dr Razcak's paper and so on, and recalculate what were those elevated spike specific g4 concentrations versus total g4 levels in usual patient, is there even theoretical possibilty for them to rise total levels.
Btw, another point of view...after vaccinations there certainly is generated mydriads of off-target antibidies which nobody ever measures, especially wth mRNA which makes a looot of off-target proteins. The same applies to conventional adjuvanted vaccines in some degree, Im just wondering. But no one never measures or cares about those off target antibodies, as said!

This is super encouraging comment! Indeed, the little data on total IgG4s indeed suggest that there is no appreciable rise but spikes in some have been observed too. But this is exactly the type of news I would want to hear!
I tell this to a lot of people.. people need to eat better, even steak more frequently and liver, small amounts of zinc, like 5 to 8 mcg 3 x a week on occasion, increase magnesium, water normal electrolytes, stay away from sugar and street drugs and feed the people in poverty. This is more like what is happening in science anyway, more and more is being published about unintended effects of vaccines in general and once we understand what is going on, the technology will be improved further, I am sure of it. @merogenomics it's possible to be dx with igg4-RD and NOT have elevated igg4, I'm interested in what you make of that. Symptoms mimic cancer but are not. We get fibrosis and pancreatitis etc.
I am thinking there is something to do with IgG4, fibrin, misfolded proteins and cancer. Does IgG4 stimulate the growth of fibrin? Fibrin seems to grow out of control after the c injections. Ie the unusual fibrous white blood clots seen. These are apparently a mix of fibrin and misfolded proteins (prions) from the spike protein binding to the ACE 2 receptor sites. This all seems to lead to cancers, blood clots and neuro degenerative disease when it reaches the brain causing amyloid plaques resulting in dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinson’s, as well as CJD and ALA. I think it’s the combination of the misfolded proteins (prions) AND the elevated inflammatory response stimulating IgG4 creating all this out of control fibrin, and at the same time turning off the cancer preventing B cells and tumour suppressant genes. PLUS the SV40 contamination.

In West Australia the mRNA vaccines were rolled out before we encountered the virus. We only got Omicron, as we were shut off from the rest of the world when the other variants were in circulation. 2 jabs and a booster was mandatory for everyone that worked, or you were dismissed. So the worst cases scenario for elevated IgG4 levels. I fear for our young heathy adults in the future. Drs here would have no idea why you were asking about IgG4, and reluctant to expose a problem as they encouraged their patients to get the mRNA vaccine.

This would be interesting to see what was happening with the vaccinated population that was never exposed to virus.This would allow to see what is vaccinal spike protein effect only. Valuable to know how much or how little of such technology should be used for optimal effect. This brings up the question-What is a *normal* level of IGG4 antibodies? I’ve recorded such, but never had shots. Why? I’ve had Covid however.
We do not know yet because we are missing long enough studies. My thinking is yes but there is an unfortunate kink in the story where virus infection can now increase these IgG4 levels in mRNA vaccinated again, so they can end up looking like they persist. Longest analyzed period I have seen in published literature was ~18 months

I'm trying to understand how this applies to me. After 1 Pfizer shot I felt terrible for a few months, and then almost overnight got a large tumor: triple negative breast cancer. TNBC shows up on some lists of turbo cancers and not others. I am over 2 years no cancer, and once diagnosed I did a lot of ant treatments including taking a lot of Pectasol which reduces Galectin 3. Had I done standard of care I would have had 5 chemos and one of these immune check point inhibitors.
What is unusual about me is since then I've learned that I had an undiagnosed immune deficiency (Common Variable Immune Deficiency) where I don't make many antibodies. I haven't looked at IgG4 specifically, but my IgG, IgM, IgA, IgE are all low and the only treatment is gamma globulin infused from other people. If ratio is what matters, then maybe even a little IgG4 would be bad for me because the IgG4/IgG ratio would be so bad.
Good to hear. How did you know to take Pectasol? I had a bc scare a few months ago. Not sure I’m out of the woods. And two women I know - one waiting dx and one with aggressive bc. None of is got the c vax. I know I had a low white blood cell count for years - I suspect it is due to previous vaccines I had when younger.

Not myself but the moment you mention "...itis" it means dysregulated immune system and self attacking antibodies (autoantibodies) could possibly be triggered by certain shots. This is something I am focusing on now

Thank you for your quick response. Your answer made me think about the fact that auto- immune diseases seem to come in clusters.
I have thyroid disease (meds keeping it controlled),and have had Gilliane- Barre' Syndrome 20 yrs ago ( I completely recovered).
I have recently been diagnosed with Alpha-gal Syndrome (fortunately very mild). That plus the osteoarthritis and Typ 1 diabetes certainly makes a cluster.

I have mild scoliosis. I have jab injury with cardiac, neurological & ophthalmic symptoms. My son has type 1 diabetes which I believe was triggered by the jabs. We both have joint hypermobility which Dr Boon lim, UK cardiologist, says is a risk factor for long COVID & jab injury. My mild scoliosis is likely due to my joint hypermobility. My mother also jab injured & has joint hypermobility.

I think it’s probably bad due the risk of it’s sulphur molecule interacting with the IgG4 sulphur molecule and either splitting it and making more, or enhancing it’s function - thereby reducing inflammation to the point that the IgG1 B cells no longer get any alert signals that they need to respond. Seems we need some inflammation to stimulate the IgG1 into action but not too much otherwise it turns into ADE. (Not sure if I got that right but thats is how it sounds to me). So healthy people that take anti-inflammatories risk silencing their cancer detecting immune cells. Therefore, I’m thinking people who are extremely healthy with very low levels of inflammation should not be taking additional supplements that could increase their IgG4 B cells. ???
Thank you for this video. I wonder if IGg4 can be shown in biopsy. In the latest labs my mom's findings are showing normal levels of IGg ( they don't test separately 😕) but slightly bit elevated basophil levels. Still fighting but with her own hair that is 4-5 cm long . She had hoped that after 8 chemo sessions she would be healthy as before but I knew that won't happen, we have a long journey ahead of us.

Unfortunately, for those who took mRNA vaccines and ended up with stage four cancers, none of the traditional cancer treatments seem to work anymore. Dr. William Makis is an expert in cancer and you can find valuable information on his Substack. I can't recommend his Substack highly enough.

Doc are you involved in the fight to get rid of MRNA tech for use in general vaccines? As opposed to experimental for individual specialized curing of problems.
No, not at all. I think there very well could be a possibility to use this tech in the context of immunization but this is why I mentioned at the very end of the video, we still need to figure out what is the right amount of antigen that should be produced from such approach. As is right now though, I do not think this is yet good to use, and the production of these IgG4 antibodies is a sign that we need to know more
@@Merogenomics You can't be sure of the amount produced, everyone's genetics is different, the fragililty of mRNA, how it was stored, DNA contaminants in the manufacturing process; there are just too many variables. This is a dead end technology in my opinion which is why is sat unused for 20 + years.
@ merogenomics - Question .... If no initial covid infection , then 2x MRNA (pzi bion) , is there any evidence that subsequent omicron / latest strain infections then elevate Igg4 further ? ( after 2x jab elevations ) ....
Yes, there is very clear evidence that indeed this can happen. Infection can then act as vaccine booster to start elevating IgG4 levels. At least in some individuals
