I and a group of friends used to go to the recordings every Sunday. The show that went out on the radio was 30 minutes, but they performed for at least 45 minutes, so at least a third of the material was cut.
Is Bill Chekov in this spoof? I think Graeme is Bones. By the way, Tim's Uncle Tom's headquarters in The Goodies episode 'Farm Fresh Food' bore a similarity to the inside of the Starship Enterprise.
Don't let the pictures from the real show irritate you, they sometimes are not fitting exactly each situation of the story. In their first scene, both Captain Kink and Mr. Sulu are not on the bridge, but they are in ... they are somewhere else on the ship ... And at least Sulu was, as he stated, in an uncomfortable position ... but I think we should not get deeper into that matter. Oh my.

RIP Tim Brooke-Taylor.
I know, it's so sad :(
I know. I'm so sad.
I'm a first generation Trekker and long-time fan of British comedy, from The Goon Show on, but have never heard a whisper of this until now! Classic!
4:41 *pssst* Sound Effects! You're on!
RIP Jo Kendall
Wonderful! Happy childhood memories from nearly 50 years ago...
Sublime
used to hear it on cbc radio along with aprogram called comedy clasiscs on sunday afternoon, after news &1pm time check...
I always knew John Cleese was a Vulcan, and that William Shatner was a Tim Brooke Taylor...
i used to love this show!
There is a clan Scott, you know.
One of the best series too - classic stuff, bridging The Goons to Hitch Hikers.. ;)
i realize I'm kinda off topic but does anybody know a good place to stream new series online?

Is it Bill singing the theme tune?
There's very often a woman in the audience who absolutely shrieks with laughter - is anything known about her?
She knows how to have a good time, that much I'm sure of!
Hold on, hold on...
If Kink was called away to the bridge, then where on earth was Sulu driving the ship from in the opening scene?
hmm good point...no idea xD

that was real spoofy.
How can Scott be called "Scotty" for short, when it's longer than his actual surname?
But they're awful heavy Captain' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Whoever it was that suggested Bill Oddie pursued a career in comedy has a lot to answer for.
Not exactly a comedy classic, to be sure.
definitely a classic
