The only thing anyone wants in life is to have the perfect Love. Ppl will die searching. I never noticed Johnny and only recently. The resemblance to my older brother in looks and mannerisms is uncanny. Even the addiction to alcohol and the many different drugs. When Johnny was on 21 jump street tv series, I thought he resembled my brother then who was 7 years older than Johnny. Now, I see this and hear the song I’m saddened because just like my brother who died from the addiction I too pray 🙏 that Johnny gets help. He is crying out for help in so many ways. I will pray for him tonight that he gets free from this bondage. Nobody really wants to live like this they just can’t help themselves. Peace, Love and Redemption!
People who are troubled and don't have the parental support to help get the troubled person to a psychiatrist for medication and a counselor for talk therapy for tools to learn to deal with anxiety, anger and depression don't know anything else to do so they start out very young and smoke cigarettes, then marijuana, then alcohol, then trying other drugs to "treat themselves." It helps take the edge off for awhile but eventually alcohol is a depressant, speed and meth and cocaine cause mainia, marijuana helps anxiety but blunts cognitive functioning and motivation slows and becomes disorganized. So many side effects are causing exacerbated symptoms and the person becomes defiant and refuses help because they can't see the correlation in their distorted thoughts and delusional and paranoid thoughts about people close to them wanting to help. They don't trust their good intentions to help! Mental health education and assistance in recognition of symptoms and what families and friends can do and where to go for helo! ASAP! There should be a local national hotline similar to 911. Bless his heart. Johnny had nowhere to turn and didn't recognize he needed medication and therapy and intervention and support from family and friends instead of him being left to his own devices and overwhelming peer pressure and influence in Hollywood at that impressionable early age of preteen to teenage puberty age of 12-16. A teenage brain is not at all finished growing and producing frontal lobe decision making brain cells for the higher level of functioning necessary to becoming an adult and being able to form organized informed logical decisions that protect the best interest of himself and others! Early childhood education and development along with parental development and education! Schools and homes need the same education and offering of resources. Johnny is the poster boy for why we need more education regarding mental health and well-being. Let us all get busy and encourage this legislation and activism to become a part of the curriculum in every school both public and private. #mentalheltheducation.

The only thing anyone wants in life is to have the perfect Love. Ppl will die searching. I never noticed Johnny and only recently. The resemblance to my older brother in looks and mannerisms is uncanny. Even the addiction to alcohol and the many different drugs. When Johnny was on 21 jump street tv series, I thought he resembled my brother then who was 7 years older than Johnny. Now, I see this and hear the song I’m saddened because just like my brother who died from the addiction I too pray 🙏 that Johnny gets help. He is crying out for help in so many ways. I will pray for him tonight that he gets free from this bondage. Nobody really wants to live like this they just can’t help themselves. Peace, Love and Redemption!

People who are troubled and don't have the parental support to help get the troubled person to a psychiatrist for medication and a counselor for talk therapy for tools to learn to deal with anxiety, anger and depression don't know anything else to do so they start out very young and smoke cigarettes, then marijuana, then alcohol, then trying other drugs to "treat themselves." It helps take the edge off for awhile but eventually alcohol is a depressant, speed and meth and cocaine cause mainia, marijuana helps anxiety but blunts cognitive functioning and motivation slows and becomes disorganized. So many side effects are causing exacerbated symptoms and the person becomes defiant and refuses help because they can't see the correlation in their distorted thoughts and delusional and paranoid thoughts about people close to them wanting to help. They don't trust their good intentions to help! Mental health education and assistance in recognition of symptoms and what families and friends can do and where to go for helo! ASAP! There should be a local national hotline similar to 911. Bless his heart. Johnny had nowhere to turn and didn't recognize he needed medication and therapy and intervention and support from family and friends instead of him being left to his own devices and overwhelming peer pressure and influence in Hollywood at that impressionable early age of preteen to teenage puberty age of 12-16. A teenage brain is not at all finished growing and producing frontal lobe decision making brain cells for the higher level of functioning necessary to becoming an adult and being able to form organized informed logical decisions that protect the best interest of himself and others! Early childhood education and development along with parental development and education! Schools and homes need the same education and offering of resources.
Johnny is the poster boy for why we need more education regarding mental health and well-being. Let us all get busy and encourage this legislation and activism to become a part of the curriculum in every school both public and private. #mentalheltheducation.
