We present the prototype and findings from our user test and then everyone gets to play around with stickies and sharpies. Men in suits feel way more included if you give them stickies and sharpies ☝️ works every time!
The addition of the boat seems like a very aj&smart thing, I've been using LDJs a lot (with no boat so far, what a boring individual must I be) On another note really nice of you to create those booklets for people to have a better understanding of the process.

This is a great way for startups to quickly solve their problems. But when you are business which has multiple offices then it is going to be a challenge. One of the solutions for that is to use the same program which Yahoo used ( it was introduced by Marisa Mayer, their CEO ). They used something called Process, Bureaucracy & Jams, in this they used a device in which people could write their problems in the device and if it got more than 50 votes, they used to solve it and because it was degital people could easily keep track of things and see if their problems were actually being solved or not. Marisa Mayer the CEO used to act as the facilitator of the workshop which they used to conduct to solve the problems which had more than 50 votes. They used a similar workshop style as the one shown in this video ig.
