I think my favourite part is when y’all start it off on a positive note by introducing an activity that encourages positive thinking! It is just a small action in the LDJ, but I believe it plays a huge role to people’s mindset!
I really love the video though, love the edits, audio & cuts, of course, content as well 🙌🏻 thank you for the video!

You know that meeting where everyone sits at a table but stairs at their laptop or phone? Yea. I walk out of those meetings.
I've been running LDJs since Jonathan wrote the article and it's brought clarity to my problem solving process.
Try it out. You'll be a hero. Maybe.

I learned about the LDJ and the Design Sprint in May 2017 from Jonathan 💦 himself and I’ve used the LDJ for so many things.. one that I like a lot is a post sprint shareout session with a bigger stakeholder group. We present the prototype and findings from our user test and then everyone gets to play around with stickies and sharpies. Men in suits feel way more included if you give them stickies and sharpies ☝️ works every time!

This is a great way for startups to quickly solve their problems. But when you are business which has multiple offices then it is going to be a challenge. One of the solutions for that is to use the same program which Yahoo used ( it was introduced by Marisa Mayer, their CEO ). They used something called Process, Bureaucracy & Jams, in this they used a device in which people could write their problems in the device and if it got more than 50 votes, they used to solve it and because it was degital people could easily keep track of things and see if their problems were actually being solved or not. Marisa Mayer the CEO used to act as the facilitator of the workshop which they used to conduct to solve the problems which had more than 50 votes. They used a similar workshop style as the one shown in this video ig.
