Thank you so much! I just made a couple today and they turned out great. I ended up doing 9 quads per column and made 4 extra quads in case any busts! Instead of a weight I just filled 2 balloons with water and attached them to the bottom and they are very stable because of the water balloon weight. I’ll upload how the balloons and party decor looks on my channel later this week!

Yesterday was my aunt's birthday and I bought an air pump from my local dollar store ; it helped me get a couple of balloons blown up in no time ! Improvised and decorated the dining room table with the balloons and my coat rack, lol. It was a breeze, next time it is someone else's birthday in my family I will try your idea/design ! Great detailed tutorial :)
