I mostly agree with you Jay about how hard it is to teach both beginners and advanced students. What has made a big, big difference in my business is the structure of my signature course is 9 "pillars" of the skillset. The pillars get more sophisticated as you go. This means no matter how much experience someone is at they are all working with the same path/structure. I had an overly complicated tiered membership and simplified to basically what Jay suggested. 1) course or 2) course + membership. Straightforward. The membership is CBC-ish in that we kickoff a series of calls January to support folks graduating together in September. I have a very solid completion rate already, but my course + membership folks are 2.5x higher than course only. And my folks so it all over again.
