As someone who works in marketing businesses, it's really amazing how companies still think MLM is good for their business overall. The model screams money for the business, but it is not good for their people or their customers. The fact that they stopped due to the backlash says A LOT about the amount of feedback they got in that corporate office and the risks they were not willing to take. I haven't heard anything about this until today, great video!
They’d have to know that they be making money hand over fist and not having to pay out a huge percentage of it to their reps, so it makes me wonder whether they truely do care about their customers. They are entitled to make money of course but don’t say you care about your customers while simultaneously ripping them off
@@Alyse_bell Yeah, I felt the same. When Scott sold them the idea, he had to have pushed it as a way for the company to make insane amounts of money while having an army of free salespeople doing all the work for them. They are saying all the right things, and they've dissolved their partnership with Scott, but they still initially agreed to it in order to make money. They knew it was a scam, and that it would benefit them. There was never any respect for their customers or the quality of their products, and it seems dishonest of them now to pretend they ever had any. I think the reason why they got so much backlash is because people specifically recommend them as a non-MLM alternative to Color Street. So a large portion, if not most, of their customer base is anti-MLM.
Have you really not watched any of her content? She is very pro-women and pro-business, just not at the expense of other people being exploited or failing for the sake of the “up line” to succeed.
This reminds me of the situation with Kendra Scott. Adding an MLM program for traditional businesses is quickly becoming a "shooting yourself in the foot" kind of move 😬
@@mariontheantiquarian7849 they went direct selling, instead of mlm. Sellers buy the pieces super cheap and get to keep what they make in sales and they don't do teams
I'm glad that the anti-MLM movement has gotten big enough that it's leading lots of consumers to say, "I won't support your company if you adopt this business model."
How dare you call me a circle?! I'm a flat round shape made of one infinite line with no corners and have a center that is equal distance from the boarder.
Yes, Scott was the one who hosted the initial Zoom live and he dodged every single MLM specific question. He came across as defensive and incompetent. I have followed the entire sh*t show and his gaslighting email was the icing of the cake. Thanks for this video. I was hoping you’d come around to filming one.
I was in tears over that email. Scott apparently lacks more than just emotional intelligence, and the fact that he hid afterward is hilarious. I do like that DD actually listened to their customers, other companies can learn from this
i work at a sally beauty, and dashing diva is literally the only nail strip we sell. so you could imagine my annoyance and disappointment when i found out that they were doing an mlm arm. what else was i supposed to offer or suggest to customers who came in wanting something like colorstreet at a better price? i was so relieved when they decided to walk this idea back, because i hate having to sell products i morally can't agree with. it's the autism in me
This is the thing. It was not a mystery who Scott was. He was open on his social media about his abhorrent beliefs, he was well-known for being an immature hothead, etc. This was BEFORE they hired him. So, the fact that they were willing to align themselves with him still completely turns me off from supporting them in the future.
@@jogermaine8600It might be just a case of neglecting to perform background checking on him. Maybe because Scott got a good recommendation from 'trusted' sources? Similar case with Taylor Swift, who was matched with Matt Healy by her trusted music producer. So, no background checking whatsoever.
I think it's important for us to continue to support them now that they've pushed the MLM part back out. It's important to show that they will grow without it and that them correcting themselves back was the right thing to do.
Scott is disparaging this lady's education and intelligence in an email FULL of mistakes that actually completely change the meaning he is trying to convey (example; lack of ignorance) how very ironic 🙄
@@pdx9erfan you are correct... I absolutely replied too quickly before I listened to the rest of the video. However I intentionally left the comment up because the logic still applies. I do know of companies that went from being MLM's to putting their product on store shelves leaving all of the consultants or sales people that had worked so hard to recruit, build a team, and gain ranks with nothing. Overnight all their work was gone. They had all received an email saying they had decided to remove the MLM aspect from their business model and put their product on store shelves. I will see if I can find the particular MLM that this happened with. But for all these MLM huns saying they are business owners... No, you're not. The company you are working so hard for could go out of business overnight or decide to sell directly in the stores and you would have no say-so in it and you would lose everything you worked so hard for. That is called being an employee or a salesperson lol. Obviously I know you know this because you are a fan of this channel like I am but it is such a funny point that seems to elude these MLM Huns
This is great news! A few years ago, ABH collaborated with R+F on a brow product collection, and Norvina got a ton of backlash, so the collab fizzled out pretty quickly. Social media outcry can be so powerful!
Great story. Even Coca-Cola has a history of misreading the market. Good on Dashing Diva for being nimble and pivoting out of a potential disaster quickly.
I forget the exact quote but to paraphrase, if your idea/premise/business is legitimate it can hold up against scrutiny. The fact that they reacted this insanely from the barest hint of scrutiny shows exactly how illegitimate the MLM business model is.
Companies that have an MLM branch but aren't a straight up MLM just confuse me. If I really wanted to, I could just go buy a Body Shop product from the shop round the corner. Why would I even need to purchase through someone else? It's just redundant eta: Email guy freaks me out. Normal business comms, and even B2C business comms, don't work that way. The ad hominems to skeptics in particular are really weird and cruel, and honestly make me wonder how he talks to/about his colleagues
I will say this. Tha "damage control" you showed us and their eventual pullback tells me that you and the other anti MLM people are having a real impact.
I was SO WORRIED when I first saw the title, and so relieved when I saw the second part of it! I love DD, they are the only nail stickers that will stay on for me and not screw with my nails.
I think this is really fascinating and I fully support all the consumers rising up to stop companies we care about from alienating their core audience in pursuit of more money. The d&d community has been doing a similar thing lately. There was a leaked zoom call where one of the folks in leadership called dungeons and dragons "under monetized" and they rolled out a new OGL. We can't forget the power we have as consumers, and I love to see us all fighting back against shitty business practice.
I’ve been following the DND snafu too. It’s another case of upper level executives having no interest or knowledge of their own customers or why they engage with their products the way they do. At least Dashing Diva fixed things with their customers. Hoping Wizards of the Coast wises up soon too.
Scott's sanctimonious attitude while he proceeds to type the most egregious grammatical errors in his email is hands down one of the most entertaining experiences to watch. What a ride
Omg I’m glad I waited until the end to comment. That was a roller coaster of emotions. I live in a small town in Canada and dashing diva is one of a couple brands carried that have these products. I was so upset that I was going to have to stop buying them, which meant I’d be left with an inferior alternative who’s colours and patterns I am not a big fan of. Also, Scott should have realized he was sending out that email to people who may have not been part of the MLM world and therefore wouldn’t fall for his MLM toxic positivity and mindset crap because a lot of them are probably not indoctrinated yet (unless they’ve been in previous MLMs). So most people would, like you said, find this email insulting and so unprofessional.
That guy tried to take his MLM tactics into the real marketplace and got rejected. Bye bye. I think some companies mistake the new anti-mlm buzz as a good thing. Like the Kardashians have been able, until recently, to turn their controversies into dollars and maybe brands like Kendra Scott and Dashing Divas think they can do the same thing.
It’s also kinda funny how people suggest them as the NON-MLM alternative…. And then they just thought to themselves. “Wow a lot of people came to us after being scammed by MLMs…. We should totally start an MLM!!”
I have serious concerns about the financial and social intelligence of the people in the board rooms of Dashing Diva if they heard his pitch and didn’t that “hmmm, this sounds a little MLMy to me. This is a bad idea. Lots of MLMs seem to be failing as SOCIAL MEDIA is exposes them.” Like who in the PR department didn’t stop and say this is a bad idea and a pr nightmare.
Your videos are such great background audio for working on art and schoolwork! I often rewatch them even if I had just watched it a couple weeks earlier because it’s always so interesting! Thanks Hannah!
I learned from this video that my beloved Body Shop is an MLM too… This is extremely disappointing. Even though they do not offer the MLM structure in Europe where I live, I am questioning if I can keep supporting a business with such shady ethics… Even though they claim to stand for ethics, sustainability, etc.
I'm wondering how often the sustainability and ethics claims are actually true? These companies need to be examined by outside experts. Them making these claims themselves doesn't really mean anything. I recently learned clothing is labeled as being manufactured in the country where it was finished. So you can have a company claim high ethics, and say their clothes are sewn in Europe, but the sewing is actually done in China, and the buttons attached in Europe. Not saying Body Shop would be lying, but it's just impossible to know. Btw I used to shop there all the time, but can't anymore, because I can't use fragranced products.
It sounds like Scott couldn't come up with a product to sell so he conned a legitimate company into creating a MLM and oh BTW he just happened to be an expert that they could have head this up
It’s so nice to know a brand really is listening to their customers. The people who support their brand. It’s scary to think a legitimate company you like can turn into an mlm. Thankfully this one didn’t. And Scott thankfully made things even worse by showing his true colors & now everything is bright & sunny again!
Thanks for this deep dive. Even in Australia I had heard about this. If they already have an affiliate program why don’t they just encourage more people to join so that they can raise their profile and increase their revenue?
Ahhh I'm so excited for this! I loved this brand so much, but honestly, even if they reversed the MLM side, the way they handled critique and concerns about the MLM side makes me wonder if I should support them anymore. I'm glad they finally listened, but there was so much gaslighting and icky behavior before that. Idk. But I'm glad they're not anymore, at least. Edit after watching: The fact that Scott isn't there anymore tells me they get it, so I guess I will reward their response with business unless something else comes out. SO glad at least someone listens to customers. Thanks again for covering this!
I’ve never really been into nail products like this, but honestly after hearing their amazing turnaround, I kinda wanna try them to reward them for doing the right thing. I’m so relieved they didn’t head down the MLM path! And I’m more happy that people are *finally* waking up to this form of predatory marketing!!
Wow! So glad that there are enough anti-MLM ppl now to band together and condemn a company for choosing the MLM business model to the point where the business abandoned the idea. This also shows that the company actually has a product that people want to buy. They don't need to rely on recruiting to make profit. The products speak for themselves.
I'm glad their products tend to have fragrance, because I used to shop there, but haven't done so since I was diagnosed with asthma 20 years ago. Not being able to use stuff with fragrance is protecting me from all these MLMs.x)
Sadly, I used to love their products before I found out. They also stole all of their products (with worse quality apparently) from an actual small business that existed before they did because their founder had found this small business's products. They also stole the name
I bought from Dashing Diva before and really liked their wraps. I was so disappointed when they announced the MLM branch. I was not going to buy anymore from them. So glad they listened to their customers and that Scott is gone too!
I am SOOO happy Scott faced the consequences he deserved. I am grateful I can continue to use this brand and know they aren't a pyramid scheme and they no longer have a disgusting person like Scott affiliated with them
Haven’t even watched your video yet but I am dying because there’s a Kangan water ad before your video lolol. I watched the whole thing 😂😂😂. I love that RUclips’s algorithm can’t decipher content that is for or against mlm’s. I hope you get that ad revenue check 😂
it grinds my gears how the dashing diva response is basically the kendra scott response. like "we heard you, we understand your concerns, but we're gonna continue with our mlm branch anyway," even though their statement only bolsters the fact what they're presenting is an MLM.
I love dashing diva nail products and I’m so glad that they dissolved the MLM and I hope we never hear from Scott again, he sounds like a genuine ass. Thanks for a great video Hannah
9:16 It’s SO funny seeing a company shooting themself in the foot by adding an MLM branch and then trying to be like ‘Oh no we’re NOT an MLM, here’s how it ACTUALLY works’ and then. Proceed to describe an MLM.
Exactly. I couldn’t agree more. Well said!! Call me petty and/or unforgiving, but I am not supporting this company anymore. I used to buy their products from Ulta’s website. Yes, they backtracked (which is great), but ONLY AFTER having violently defended their choice by saying how “different” and “unique” their model is-to the point of insulting their customers’ IQ as well as emotional intelligence. They could say “oh, that was Scott, not us,” but you sure as heck were right beside Scott when you were defending yourself, weren’t you?!! Bye bye!! I will take my money elsewhere. 🙄
I remember getting invited to Diva Life and that live stream and being so confused…. I completely forgot about it until now! I’m so glad they didn’t go MLM because I, like many, started buying from them when looking for a non-MLM. Clearly they underestimated how much of the market they have simply for that reason! So glad they didn’t go forward with this!
I have dashing diva on my nails right now (gel strips) and it's been a great product. I bought it a long time ago and never got around to using it. The week I finally use it I see their final post and think oh no what did I get into 😆😆. Glad it seems like they will stick with retail sales.
I buy dashing diva in stores so seeing this video recommended was shocking. I would absolutely just go back to salons if they decided to go with the mlm model.
I think because DD is a direct competitor to Color Street and a lot of people go to DD specifically because it’s not an mlm is mostly why they actually listened to this backlash although I’m happy consumers have smartened up to companies making a ploy for more money
It absolutely seems like that Scott guy swooped in and invaded the business like an MLM virus- getting butthurt when realizing this newest scheme wouldn't work
I've never heard of this company, but LET'S GO, ANTI-MLM PEEPS! You guys are frickin' amazing for making this company rethink adding that business model, absolute legends, all of you! And in turn, I now know of a good company I can use for trying out nails before paying at a shop for something I might not like (the adjustment of longer nails in my daily life, I mean). Also, it is absolutely telling that Scott was the epitome of the gross huns who belittle and gaslight others. They learn that shit from the top and now I see by "from the top", it's the tippy-top. It trickles down and infests everyone below with the same arrogance and rudeness. Also love how in his storytime about the meeting, he left out that she asked in writing for proof of how he was wrong and he didn't respond to that for her to update the post. While there is a strong part of me that wishes she'd have done the interview, I must with a heavy sigh ultimately agree that it wouldn't have resolved anything. Creating MLM's or their compensation plans, is his lifeblood, no way is anyone going to sway him away from that. And those of us who are aware of how predatory MLM's are can never, ever support them, and there's no changing our minds on that. In the end, it would've just been like a political mudslinging match where the one who shouts the loudest wins and nothing would have changed. So, I applaud the woman for seeing that ahead of time and just cancelling the interview.
That’s great news! On the topic of normal companies going down the MLM route, did that jewelry company that you talked about several months (or maybe even a year) ago move forward with their MLM plans?
I’d love to see you do a deep dive into Mary Kay. I remember it was all the rage and my family STILL uses the products. It’s the first MLM I remember seeing and hearing about, before I even knew what MLMs were. Just a suggestion. Thanks for these videos !😊
I love nail wraps and purchase from a ton of non MLM companies like Lovely Hello and Lily & Fox. Dashing Diva has always been a little expensive for me, though I often grab them on clearance/sale, but I just don't think I'll ever purchase from them again. Just the fact that they thought going MLM was a good idea, then hired Scott Halvorsen with all his usual MLM brainwashing makes me sick.
There's something iffy about the fact that they won't comment on Scott not being a part of the company anymore but are sending a bunch of private DM's. Idk it just feels off.
i’m so glad to see the tide of public opinion is changing on MLMs. it’s clear more and more people are becoming aware of the predatory business practices! definitely an anti MLM win!
I’m not surprised about the response from the MLM guy, the entire industry is dripping with catty, unprofessional messaging at all levels including the corporate side.
Thank you Hannah for all the time and effort you put into keeping us informed. I used to support a friend that sold color street, but now that I no longer support mlm's I faithfully support Lilly and Fox. I've never tried Dashing Diva but after this fiasco sadly, I don't think I would regardless of the backtracking. Recently a friend invited me to a Red Aspen nail dash party. Knowing it was an mlm I joined just out of curiosity with no intention to purchase, but my goodness they push hard and the ladies are buying into it!! My friend has even signed up as a consultant when will it stop!? 😞
I'm not sure I would ever trust a company that considers going down the MLM route, even if they didn't go through with it. I'm glad they didn't, but at the end of the day they kind of showed their true colours. 🤷♀️
What timing on my part! Uploaded 22 seconds ago? Yes please! Thanks so much for your content, I've really been enjoying it for months now. I would LOVE to hear some thoughts/stories/anything on the prevalence of MLMs at Craft Fairs/Farmers Markets/etc. As a (legit) business owner who does these events sometimes, it is WILD how saturated some of them are with MLMs. Keep doing what you're doing, Hannah!
I just want to say that last year my friend and I went to a Fall Fair. We were excited about it until we got there and almost every single booth was some brand of MLM. Honestly, that's not what we went for. We went for crafts. We bought nothing and left quickly. I've quit 3 MLMs myself so I know the frustration, but this is not why people go to fairs. I'm sure all of those women had terrible days and couldn't understand why.
@@cherylanne6549 So many of them are such sweet people! As a vendor we spend a lot of time talking to our booth mates and we've been placed completely surrounded by MLMs. So we get to talk with them and thank goodness none of them have ever pitched us (I would imagine seeing we have a legit business making sales makes that kinda difficult). Most of them were just such nice people but oof. Hope they found a better use of their time. And you're right, it really does effect the experience of people who are trying to go to the event as customers. Which effects those of us with legit businesses there! So frustrating!
I remember going to my first craft show. I handmade a batch of tiny one-of-a-kind dresses and leggings. I was so excited. I sold exactly 0 pieces, wedged between LuLaRoe and doTERRA huns. It was soul crushing. I never did another craft fair and got a different job after that!
I was introduced to Body shop as an mlm in Australia - then found their stores. I live in the country so unless I’m in a much bigger centre, I don’t see a lot of stores of any sorts.
I think it’s wild that they think adding “you don’t even have to make content - we give it to you!” In the damage control post is helping. The whole thing actual influencers is that they make content. For affiliate programs or sponsorships they create the unique content and posts themselves with brand approval. such a weird statement and attempted flex.
It sounds like he sent that email without clearing it with anyone. He really shot himself in the foot. So delusional that he ended it with the bit about how new opportunities were on the table when literally the next day the entire thing was officially canned. What a buffoon.
Omg so excited for this as I’ve purchased the dashing diva nail strips in the past I can’t imagine what the MLM price for them would be though as they were about $15 or $20 at the drug store

He 100% sent that email without permission. There is no way they let that go out approved, if only bc of the typos.
I do like that DD actually listened to their customers, other companies can learn from this
i work at a sally beauty, and dashing diva is literally the only nail strip we sell. so you could imagine my annoyance and disappointment when i found out that they were doing an mlm arm. what else was i supposed to offer or suggest to customers who came in wanting something like colorstreet at a better price? i was so relieved when they decided to walk this idea back, because i hate having to sell products i morally can't agree with. it's the autism in me
If I was the person who hired Scott I would be too embarrassed to show my face around the office
I love a rage email, the truth just slips out 😂
I think it's important for us to continue to support them now that they've pushed the MLM part back out. It's important to show that they will grow without it and that them correcting themselves back was the right thing to do.
Scott is disparaging this lady's education and intelligence in an email FULL of mistakes that actually completely change the meaning he is trying to convey (example; lack of ignorance) how very ironic 🙄
A company reversed it's MLM status? But I thought all of the consultants were business owners... so how could that happen without their consent?
🤔🤔🤔🤔
It never launched. It ended before it began.
@@pdx9erfan it was sarcasm. They claim to be business owners, but the point is that they do not have any say in the business.
Lily and fox is also a great (affordable) non-mlm nail strip company. If they ever try to turn MLM I'm going to be really sad.
Same! Great designs and $3. Can't go wrong.
@@catz7679 wow only $3?! I need to try them!! Are they good quality and easy to do?!
@peachxtaehyung I think they are. For me, they lasted between 1.5 and 2 weeks.
@@peachxtaehyung yeah, I do my nails in like 10 minutes, it's really straightforward.

This is great news! A few years ago, ABH collaborated with R+F on a brow product collection, and Norvina got a ton of backlash, so the collab fizzled out pretty quickly. Social media outcry can be so powerful!
Ahhh yes I remember that! Really great to see the anti MLM community speaking up.
I’m thinking that he made that email unbeknownst to Dashing Diva and they are in damage control mode.
I did not know The Body Shop had an MLM side! So disappointed in them.
It is no longer.
@@christinescott5002 They deactivated their MLM branch? If so, I'd be happy to continue shopping there.
@@larissabrglum3856 yes that is what I understand but only in US. I saw that on the anti mlm Reddit.
It's just redundant
eta: Email guy freaks me out. Normal business comms, and even B2C business comms, don't work that way. The ad hominems to skeptics in particular are really weird and cruel, and honestly make me wonder how he talks to/about his colleagues
That email reminds me of the people who call others "sheep", yet then they listen to and follow others without question 🤦
Thank God for another Hannah video to get me through a case of the Mondays!
I was about to skip getting on my rowing machine for half an hour but then I saw Hannah uploaded a video and I legit owe her my workout 🤣🤣🤣
"We don't REQUIRE recruitment, but we DO strongly imply that you should"-- every MLM ever
Scott's sanctimonious attitude while he proceeds to type the most egregious grammatical errors in his email is hands down one of the most entertaining experiences to watch. What a ride
"LACK OF IGNORANCE" I cackled so loud 😭😂😂
NO NOT THE BODY SHOP I DIDNT KNOW THAT 😭
I love this brand but had no idea this happened. THANK GOD THEY LISTENED.
I get my nails done at my salon, BUT, this makes me want to buy from them now that they saw their mistake and corrected it.😂
Your videos are such great background audio for working on art and schoolwork! I often rewatch them even if I had just watched it a couple weeks earlier because it’s always so interesting! Thanks Hannah!
I always have her videos on the tv in the background! 😂❤
I put them on my phone to help me focus on my work. I find her voice calming but her tone helps me focus.
My man wrote that email like a low tier song fic, I'm cracking up just listening to it.
It sounds like Scott couldn't come up with a product to sell so he conned a legitimate company into creating a MLM and oh BTW he just happened to be an expert that they could have head this up
I'd really love to see you do interviews with current and ex MLMers. It would be great to see a conversation around this in real time. 🌸
This video was made with a great lack of ignorance 😌
It’s so nice to know a brand really is listening to their customers. The people who support their brand. It’s scary to think a legitimate company you like can turn into an mlm. Thankfully this one didn’t. And Scott thankfully made things even worse by showing his true colors & now everything is bright & sunny again!
That email is so unprofessional! So many red flags!
Omg that email was like watching a car crash in slow motion.
How mad he got when he started getting pushback is sooo telling.
Wow! So glad that there are enough anti-MLM ppl now to band together and condemn a company for choosing the MLM business model to the point where the business abandoned the idea. This also shows that the company actually has a product that people want to buy. They don't need to rely on recruiting to make profit. The products speak for themselves.
The body shop has a MLM branch?! 😮 I guess that’s a brand I can’t buy from anymore…
Yes. That's why I stopped buying from them.
I didn’t know either and now I’m so sad and will no longer be supporting them.
Ugh I'm so tired of hearing the "We hear you" response from companies. Thanks sims4 team.
The company's greed backfired
I bought from Dashing Diva before and really liked their wraps. I was so disappointed when they announced the MLM branch. I was not going to buy anymore from them. So glad they listened to their customers and that Scott is gone too!
I definitely needed a Hannah video this morning. Taking my kitty to the vet again and your voice is calming to her and i.
Aw I'm sorry! I hope it went well 💖
I am SOOO happy Scott faced the consequences he deserved.
SO GLAD they listened to their customers. I hope other companies take note.
it grinds my gears how the dashing diva response is basically the kendra scott response. like "we heard you, we understand your concerns, but we're gonna continue with our mlm branch anyway," even though their statement only bolsters the fact what they're presenting is an MLM.
Not direct sales. Direct sales are still MLM. I think they're sticking with just retail sales
@peachxtaehyung oh yep I wasn't thinking! Good catch.
@@JLCME lol no it's no problem 💖 but yeah direct sales, social selling, anything like that is an MLM
I wish Kendra Scott would listen too! A store just opened in my town and I almost walked in until I remembered your video!!!
It absolutely seems like that Scott guy swooped in and invaded the business like an MLM virus- getting butthurt when realizing this newest scheme wouldn't work
“Opinions that are factually incorrect”
What? By definition opinions are subjective
Kendra Scott - and yes they still have the MLM side open, and you can join for just $500 to become a Community Stylist! Barf lol

The whole thing reminds me of the meme where Grandpa Simpson enters through the door, walks in a circle, and then leaves.
i’m so glad to see the tide of public opinion is changing on MLMs. it’s clear more and more people are becoming aware of the predatory business practices! definitely an anti MLM win!
I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall watching their marketing meetings
I’m not surprised about the response from the MLM guy, the entire industry is dripping with catty, unprofessional messaging at all levels including the corporate side.
I wouldn’t trust Scott to organize a child’s birthday party.
Scott Halversen is such an entertaining supervillain in the MLMCU, I hope we get to see more unhinged villain monologuing from him
An entire company almost got scammed by MLM, the scamming never ends with these people!
This shows that sometimes criticism in the comments can actually effect (positive) change. So for those about to pushback online, I salute you!
I'm not sure I would ever trust a company that considers going down the MLM route, even if they didn't go through with it. I'm glad they didn't, but at the end of the day they kind of showed their true colours. 🤷♀️
They don't require recruitment but they do encourage it.
Gorrrrrl, you always out here uploadin' when I need an upliftin'.
@NeuroGeek85 UGH that stinks! I'm sorry that happened. I bet what you made was so cute too!
Today years old when I learned The Body Shop is an MLM, apparently I'm over 10 years late to that news....
I am glad they reversed it cuz I LOVE their nail strips so much! They're so easy to do too
Omg so excited for this as I’ve purchased the dashing diva nail strips in the past I can’t imagine what the MLM price for them would be though as they were about $15 or $20 at the drug store
Body Shop was such a slap in the face 😮😢
I love how Scott cried about how he was being extremely rude and then Tasha for sooooooome reason didn't want to talk to him!
