I think Diontae Johnson is a good NFL comp for him. Similar play styles and size. He could go in the first round but will more likely he goes middle of the second. He will be a solid WR for whoever drafts him

He is a faster Cooper Kupp he is going to be a star in the nfl runs a 4.39 n is a almost Elite route runner who beats man coverage easily plus you can line him up outside to go Deep to stretch the defense on Go routes, Deep Posts, n Deep crossers n over routes plus he is Elite n finding the void in zone coverage.... He will be a match up nightmare when you line him up in those condensed spilts were he lines up close to the ball n has a bigger slower linebacker on him or a slower Safety on him...... He will be this years Puka Nacua in regards of receiving yds n YAC yds he can play in Any scheme but if he goes to a West Coast scheme like McVay, Shannahan, Lefleur, or Tampa he will be dominant immediately n should be Top 3 in Rookie of the year he is that Good..... He will be a better version of Cooper Kupp bcuz of his speed n he runs routes a little bit better than Kupp..... If Tampa dont get him i can see him going 2 Atlanta, Vikings, Jets, Patriots, or Broncos..... His best fit besides Tampa would be Atlanta they run almost that same 49ers mix with Rams offense n him plus Drake,Pitts, n Robinson that would make Atlanta a Top team in the NFC if their defense can play at a top 10 level......
