The more I see you play, the more I think I just slam some cards down without thinking it through. For most cards in the beginning I just go 'I could just as well play it here'. Granted, I'm much more of a 'have fun' casual player, but still. Seeing you pilot this is a thing of beauty!

I've been playing this too and it slaps! I swapped lizard for zabu, enchantress/Shang Chi turn 6 has been clutch when they think they are safe behind armor, and have a few more energy for extra plays
With this deck, I love running beast with Angela, power her up then with beast and falcon, call them back, I’m usually putting Angela on turn 6 with a base rate of 8 lol works soo good.
As an ImmenseSandwich nerdy man I just saved the deck as Cozey Kong and tomorrow I’ll start climbing to infinite again. I personally love the passion you put into your work man. Kudos from Italy

I've been using this deck (just replaced Sentinel with Kitty Pryde) Previously I've been using a DD/Mystique, Hela or Kill Deck - it got me to the 70's - but got stuck at around 72/73 for weeks. Since I've been using this deck - I'm up in 96 with my eyes set on infinity!
Thank you for this list. Using this deck, I easily hit Galactic rank, which is my best climb since playing the game. With over a week left of the season, I'm confident of reaching Infinite rank. Keep up everything you do because you are by far the best content creator for this game.
I swapped Angela for Zabu. Honestly Enchantress is to good to counter to take out I've been beating most decks with Angela in or I just duck out. Gona up 10 ranks so far. I also swapped lizard for Maximus I feel Lizars won't get his max effect right now as boards are flooded! Great video as usual!
Thanks for the deck tech. I wasn't sure about this one because I'd been having decent to so-so results with the "Clone Monkey" deck but I think the hope to get double money and double she hulk is still good, but being able to enchantress or Shang Chi away larger Threats was a better add, as was kilmongering away zoo decks.
Why did you not play hit monkey last at 8:00 ? You played Shang-Chi, Hit Monkey, then Killmonger. Don’t you lose out on +2 by playing killmonger after hit monkey?
Playing a version of this deck and winning a lot, climbed from 70 to 86. Most games I win all lanes and ppl still snap me and lose hard lol. The element of surprise is great! Gonna keep going to infinite with this probably :) Love spamming cards. Great vid Cozy, greetings from Sweden!
Well i am sure you could do this with any deck in this Game. Monkey has currently surprise element on his side, but aside of it he isn't this strong as a card.

The one thing I have to say about this deck is it's very good at getting 4/8 cubes and making you feel unbeatable on turn 6, but it also makes you feel like the biggest idiot when you lose by 1 point and you feel it's your fault.
I love this new card, super strong when played in the right deck but with enough counters to keep it in check (plus HM adds another important piece to the bounce archetype, imo once Kitty is fixed bounce with her and HM may be a tier 1 deck). Personally I've been working on a bounce/zoo deck that utilizes 0 cost cards (Wasp and Yellowjacket) along with Valkyrie, Sera, and HM for some big swings in turn 6. The ideas pretty simple, ideally youll play HM and the zero drops on turn 2 (turn 1 would be Bast or another good 1 drop like iceman) then Bishop turn 3, followed by playing a couple of 1 costs or Mysterio with Beast turn 4,to pick up HM, (and the now 0 cost 1 drops or 1 cost Mysterio) then Sera turn 5. Then on turn 6 (and depending on the board state but since you bounced up a bunch of cards your opponent should have priority) you can play a 4 cost Valk, a 1 cost HM and another 1 cost (ie Mysterio) plus any 0 cost cards to help you win one lane with both HM and Bishop while Valk flips another lane for you that should have 4 cards in it (figuring Valk will work well against Shuri decks since Im omitting Shang Chi from most HM decks and Valk lets you get around Armor unlike Shang). Great video and imo HM is the perfect design for a season pass card. A great card that helps open up deck designs and even the meta itself but not super op where it breaks the game. Ofc we won't know 3xactly how strong HM is but either way he seems like a fun and useful new tool for us players

Would be curious what your DarkHawk with Monkey deck would be. I removed Nova, Killmonger, Angela, sentinel and lizard and added Darkhawk, Mystique, Korg, Rock Slide and Zabu. Feels.... okay? But feels there might be better so would love to know your deck!
What are your thoughts on revamping some of the zones they need to make it so some zones don’t populate together. I had one first zone can’t play a card here second zone was rickety bridge 3rd zone was you you can’t play your first card here. I get it some people are like that’s fun but you build this decks and lose to zones more than people’s skills. It’s who has the right zones not the right game play
These decks is why I've been running a ramp sandman. Playing HM is fun but it's just more satisfying to see players combos stopped by a good Sandy. Enchantress helps against Sandman but Cosmo generally prevents that
Lol battle 3 there’s a crazy ballsy line where you play Enchantress right as a hard read on Sandman, since he has priority and dumping Mysterio plays pretty hard into that anyway but that takes a lot of confidence in your read based on two cards 😬
Can’t wait to try this. I always wait a few days after season pass hits to see if any good decks come out of it. I try to learn from the nimrod season pass and I did not get black panther that was a huge mistake.
I've seen a few people post Hit-Monkey decks but I don't see anyone mention Bast at all, I feel like she has no downsides in this sort of deck, it would make mysterio 9 it would give hit Monkey +3 Angela +3 Bishop +2. If say you had turn 1 or 2 bast into bishop turn 3, Hit Monkey Mysterio turn 4 that's a 22 power turn.
This season is the one that I bought day 1 cause I wanted to use the Monkey to boost my Mera decks. So these guides will be a great even if I don't have Bast and Darkhawk. Between the 2, which would you recommend I buy first?

The thing with enchantress is it’s only good if they ramp sandman on turn 4 (or you see a lot of devil Dino darkhawk etc) if they sandman turn 5 you toast
Squirrel Girl doesn't triple-boost Bishop and Hit Monkey like Mysterio does. Mysterio actually works by PLAYING three cards, and assigning an end-game trigger to reveal the "real" one to change its base power to 4. (Note: if you bounce the "real" Mysterio with Beast, it loses that reveal trigger.) Squirrel Girl is just playing one card, with an On Reveal to ADD two "token" cards. ADD is not the same as PLAY.
Running into game after game of Turn 5 Wave or Sandman. Occasionally Galactus or Storm wreck my Hit Monkey as well. Think I'll play other things until the counter decks calm down.
Just thinking of other potential cards to use. Would Rogue work as a replacement for Enchantress? Also removes ongoing, but gives it to you. So that dark hawk/dino buff is yours instead? plus she's one energy cheaper. Idk just not a fan of enchantress haha. Thanks for the video as always, love your content!
I would guess that Rogue would ONLY be useful if they have an ongoing card. So in games where you are not playing against those cards, enchantress still has some power to bring to the table.
@maven7774 yeah that's the downside but imo the 3 power isn't really that needed in games where you don't need rogue/enchantress. You can just not play her. But I have found that aside from shutting down wong/darkhawk/dino/patriot type decks rogue can be 2 energy on last turn if you had sera on 5 instead of the 3 energy enchantress would be and thus still allowing more cards to be played for monkey on 6. Different strokes I suppose
Enchantress is a staple card for this deck imo because your only counter to this deck would be sandman and you really need to shut it down if they go for a ramp deck which most of the time they would play sandman on 4
Honestly if I had sera I'd run this deck. But ive been finding hit monkey fun with a more traditional zoo build with bast falcon and the hood .. I run the 4 1costs and wasp build

I’ve been experimenting with hit monkey on a few deck variations and the best one I’ve found is using sera and Wong.

Would you recommend bast over darkhawk? I have bast in token shop now but I was leaning towards DH for the other version control deck originally
I heard that Bast is dropping to Pool 3 this month. So it might be worth it to wait it out and get Darkhawk instead.

@maven7774 yeah that's the downside but imo the 3 power isn't really that needed in games where you don't need rogue/enchantress. You can just not play her. But I have found that aside from shutting down wong/darkhawk/dino/patriot type decks rogue can be 2 energy on last turn if you had sera on 5 instead of the 3 energy enchantress would be and thus still allowing more cards to be played for monkey on 6. Different strokes I suppose
Enchantress is a staple card for this deck imo because your only counter to this deck would be sandman and you really need to shut it down if they go for a ramp deck which most of the time they would play sandman on 4

Honestly if I had sera I'd run this deck. But ive been finding hit monkey fun with a more traditional zoo build with bast falcon and the hood .. I run the 4 1costs and wasp build
