- If any of these symptoms are familiar, the gut may be the source of your acne.
What do you do?
1. Reduce inflammatory foods such as sugar, gluten and dairy
2. Ensure that you are draining and detoxing well
3. Get testing done, such as a GI-Mapping Test
4. Work with an acne expert to chart your healing journey. It’s a bit different for everyone. You may need to resolve an h. pylori infection, or heal your gut lining, or boost your beneficial micobes, or solve a bacterial overgrowth, or solve a fungal overgrowth, or eliminate parasites.
5. Give you gut time to heal. This cannot be rushed, but it is so worth it!
6. Please don’t guess, this can make your healing journey so much longer and more painful.
