- Chaos erupted in the 2nd race of the evening for the Sportsman Division at Bowman Gray Stadium. Tommy Neal won the race but not after ruffling feathers in the pack.

I went to a boxing match..and an asphalt race broke out 👊
This track should be called fight speedway.
Don't care what anyone says, was there live & the crowd and I loved it.

Love Bowman Gray. It’s on my bucket lists of places to go. However, this intentionally wrecking people the way they do it all day long is just too much and it’s a little embarrassing

Bowman Gray has made itself into the WWE of stock car racing. Intentional wrecking and fighting doesnt mean anything if it happens every weekend.
It doesn’t happen every weekend. Plenty of BGS videos on my playlist that are normal races. No one wants to watch those.
That's their specialty. They cater to the drunken wrestling fans and let other tracks cater to racing.
This class looks similar to a pro late model.

Those 12,000 spectators are embarrassed too! And every single Saturday night they pack into this place to be embarrassed all over again!
How did the 2 get in front of the 21. Never was up there race director just puts them where they look good
She passed him as the wreck was happening before the caution - and because 21 was slowing for the incident - she got the lead. But I missed that part as they drove out of frame.

Looks like a wreckem derby on a race track, smash the guy you can't pass clean. Its fun to watch but probably expensive to race there.

I'll say it again, there's more wrecks and fights afterward in races with cars with fenders. Just saying. I'm an old race fan but I lean towards open wheel racing, sprint cars and supermodifieds.

@@Tunda2 Not all tracks and races have this kinda chaos every weekend. But occasionally it happens at every track in the country at some point I’m sure. Crashing any race car sucks because it means more money and more time trying to fix it or you have buy another one.
I've seen better, cleaner racing in nascar heat 5.....🙄🙄
