    Ok...I have a suggestion. Offer James & Stef options for the EKKO. So far, of the mods they've installed, I'd take the bench seating and table (with approved seat belts for 2 infant/adult seats), the upgraded lithium package, and the Guzzle water filtration package for the bathroom (for a recirculating shower). Probably more to come. BTW...we are just finishing "shakedown tour" with our brand new EKKO. 36 below zero fahrenheit ACTUAL and we were cozy warm inside. We didn't have water. Not ready to take that on yet but the heat and insulation worked beautifully!

      @WandererOfBoundlessLove 2 года назад +1

      I love that! Offer the James & Stef package. Love most everything they’ve done with their EKKO. The only thing I would change is to make the induction cooktop portable.

    • @pumpkin4539
      @pumpkin4539 2 года назад +3

      @@WandererOfBoundlessLove Stored in a shallow electrified drawer below the counter. I probably wouldn't use it outside but I can see the advantage in the portability (and replaceability) and if it is in a drawer that pulls out no countertop is used when using the stove top inside. We've got this!!!!!

    These are my dream home. Whomever designed this.. or the team, deserves a raise. It’s everything a bachelor or couple coulda ever want and even have a pet if they wanted. I’m hoping by the time I can afford one the solar/inverter/battery setups are good enough to run 100% of the electrical stuff indefinitely with direct sun.
    The cassette black water tanks are awesome too. Turns anywhere with a toilet 🚽 near into a place you can setup camp.
    I love everything about them. Really just perfect. I love technology so seeing some PD USB Type-C ports near sleep areas would be great. Modern and very strong reliable ports that fast charge almost anything intelligently.
    Maybe some exterior flood lights for security.. possibly also a little pinhole camera on door side and back. On board storage with WiFi in built would be cool to. To be honest, you may already offer that I need to look at the new ones.
    Keep up the good work!

    I love the idea of a James & Stephany model. I prefer lithium batteries and a 12v frig, but oh my, i don’t want to go through all the modifications it took James to get them installed. A portable induction cooktop is another great idea.

    I love the EKKO overall. Bedroom and bathroom are fabulous. However, hate the bucket seats and table. Love the modifications James and Stefany made. Winnebago should offer a diner option similar to what they did. Also prefer their kitchen layout though I would like a portable induction cooktop that lives in a drawer to give more counter space and can be used indoors or outdoors. Also like the outdoor kitchen but would prefer to choose my own appliances there as well (plumb and wire it but leave the appliance choices to me). I plan to purchase an EKKO in the near future but I’m hopping for a couple of these options first. Great job though with the overall design!!!

    In some rigs with this configuration in Europe, they have installed an electric drop down bed in the front above the seating bench seat area. While I like the roof pop top bed solution, for this price, I think we can figure out a way to have four spaces for sleeping, INSIDE of the RV. This would be my number one demand if I were to purchase one.

    Nice looking rig , I like the awdrive feature , it’s very easy to get into soft sand , clay soil mix and get stuck , especially when wet ,this would be a fix for that problem ,
    As well as getting up to the mountains in Colorado in off season , with snow on the roads , well done

    It will work for me perfectly if it could have 2nd plan to choose, such as rear chairs turn to 90 degree against wall then the table could be bigger and swinging for driver and passenger; shorten the bed for a bigger bath.

  • @TheSportsPROgram

    This looks like the perfect balance for a vehicle that's also capable in the snow and off road with the AWD. Bathroom is great with the ability to separate the shower and big tank capabilities. The flexibility of the bed is just awesome and that storage garage also a big plus ......it also looks like it is not too big to park everywhere and the gas milage is decent .....I rather have the ford engine Than the Mercedes, as it is easier to maintain and repair.....just great overall.

    Just placed my order last week with Lichtsinn RV . I 'm told its quite a lengthy wait. Any idea how long? I'm currently in a Mercedes class B, which I like. Just need a bit more room. First mod on the list is a lift, at least a couple inches. Great rig, can't wait.

    This thing is really cool. But I just don't know how long you can dry camp "off the grid" with a cassette toilet. With 2 "normal" people, seems like you'd have to empty that thing quite frequently. Maybe someone can comment here as to this issue. Thanks.
