they don't appear in unistaller. they appear at "uninstall programs" but it says "they may have already been uninstalled" but my PC storage is still full with them.

However, my program does not appear in the Uninstall folder of the registry, nor in the Add / Remove Programs list. But it is there, in the start menu, as well as in its folder in C:.

If that's the case, you can look for uninstall file in the folder. If it's not found, it can be app that's not need to be installed/uninstalled - call portable. You can just remove the folder and delete the item in start menu.
