"This ROM hack completely replaces all of the original NES graphics with those of the Arcade game. The game is totally revamped, all characters, sprites, backgrounds, the intro and cutscenes, everything was remade to look like the arcade."

Umm... Why Texas Edition and not Arcade Edition? Because, that is what this hack does. It brings arcade levels and style to NES version of the game, but in 8 bit. Anyway, cool hack. Now NES version looks like it should from the start.

Those graphics. God damn thats gorgeous. Also being a resident of New Mexico which is butt buddies with Texas, I can confirm that we have a gun shop and pizza place on literally every city block. No Robo, sadly. We need him.

Oh yeah I been playing this during it's work in progress too. It's superb. The original NES game was absolutely awful. This hack turns that piece of crap into the far, far better arcade game. Excellent work.

​@@El_Febo_Abel Better than what other versions? It was largely hated by most Robo fans, myself included when I bought it with birthday money back then. Thankfully I got to return the game and get a Mega Man one instead. And also thankful that due to the negative reception of the NES game, the Gameboy one was based on the successful home computer game (which I really enjoyed on my CPC so was glad to have a portable version of on my GB).
This hack actually has a RoboCop that punches the bad guys in the head rather than punching the air above their heads. :P
But anyways ok you can enjoy the original NES game, that's cool. Rest of us are grateful for this hack to make it much more like the far superior arcade game. And feel far more like the actual classic movie too. :D
