Once you unlock the arena mode, I'd say play it for a while until you feel more confident with your fighting abilities. There's also a guide on steam on how to tackle certain enemies.

Whether that means immediately unaliving yourself with your first gun purchase or rising further into the ranks of the Yakuza.
@@vutridung2833 he's having a lung cancer, at the prologue when he first sleep at the hotel, you can see he coughed blood. So everyday he will lose 1 to 5 hp.

You go there in the evening/night. So after you go to Azuma's Office, go to some location to do whatever, then go to the construction site.
