This is such an honest video, and I so appreciate Jade sharing her message with us.
Thank you so much for sharing, this topic resonates deeply. What helped me today is remebering that all things pass. The toughest anxiety and the discomfort won’t last forever, and they’re a reminder that we’re human. Wishing you all the best 💛
Such amazing perspective 😌
I suffer from OCD and perfectionist ruminating thoughts. A lot of what you said was interesting and relatable. It's like I am wrestling with my brain everyday it's very very hard. Thankyou for sharing this video. X
This resonates with me a lot ! I’ve been dealing with perfectionism in the same ways as you, and it was very therapeutic to listen to you .. thank you
You’re welcome 😊
Thank you so much for sharing. You did well, and helped someone. 😊
I relate to so much of this. Thank you so much for sharing.
Wonderful video Jade. Love you !
Thank you 😊
Absolutely terrific video Jade! I always appreciate your explanations - A true joy to listen to the way you explain topics. Thank you!
A smoothe, comfortable, and good talk Jade:) I suppose perfectionism is the core of ocd for most cases.. and this neverending tug of war between 'wanting to be perfect' and 'taking things less seriously'...
By the way, leaving half of drinks thing.. my mom does that sometimes... and yeah you may need to work on that habit?.. or maybe you can just get rid of drinks before anyone notice lol
Have a great day:)
Thank you! Sometimes I actually find them and finish the drink before any notices 😂 but I need to be comfortable with the flaw in character I think!
As someone who suffers from debilitating OCD, I'd like to share my stories, thoughts and ideas. How do I get involved?
Edit: Part of my OCD is not bring able to post a comment without hitting the edit button.
I also hold high standards for other people….. and it’s because I hold them to myself- what I expect of/from myself, I also expect of/from others. I think people can become defensive with me because they feel not good enough. Like I feel about myself….. we often judge ourselves the worst……. And I agree it is difficult to help or change, A constant work in progress. I have PTSD with OCD symptoms.
Thank you ❤
