@@edarkstarit isn’t difficult to find the data if you’re truly looking for it. There are government websites as well as non partisan websites that track employment/jobs, inflation, stock market trends, wages over each administration and year to year.
Inflation is a global problem brought on by the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. The US has lower inflation than every other country. I am not American so don’t have a dog in the fight but it is frustrating when people speak in general terms based on their political party instead of based on actual facts.

Personal finance is influenced by at least three things (ignoring taxes for simplicity). The prevailing price level for goods and services. The inflation rate, because it will change that prevailing price level. The cost of debt, since the US is a debt-driven economy so paying more to service your debt when interest rates go up, is something you will notice.
Inflation is no longer much of an issue. But those other two factors remain. Whether somebody votes blue or red, it doesn't change that reality. We had inflation for awhile and the price level shifted; more due to COVID and supply chain issues than anything else, but whatever the reason it happened. Price levels rarely move back down. You can fix inflation but still be stuck with the higher price level. If you have higher debt servicing costs on top of that, you will feel it.
This is why Dems are talking about things to reduce prices. Very few consumer goods drop in price on their own. Only items whose price is mostly set by a traded commodity market will shift down on their own. Anything else takes specific action, unless you are in the middle of a bad recession or depression.
