  • Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera kali ni saya kongsikan resepi yang mudah nak buat dengan bahan yang ringkas iaitu mini lempeng dengan sos kastad.
    Sesuai sangat makan waktu petang musim2 hujan ni. Rasanya yang lembut dan kurang manis sesuai untuk semua peringkat umur.
    SOS KASTAD :
    4 sb tepung kastad
    5 sb gula
    1 cawan susu
    1 cawan susu
    ½ sk garam
    sedikit pewarna kuning
    ADUNAN LEMPENG :
    1 cawan tepung gandum
    1 cawan susu
    ½ sk serbuk penaik
    👉 Tepung kastad, gula, susu & garam dicampur sekali gaul rata kemudian pasangkan api kacau selalu supaya tidak bergentel. Kemudian sejukkan. Sos ni nampak cair tapi selepas sejuk akan membeku kemudian tuang kedalam piping bag.
    👉 Campurkan semua adunan lempeng kacau rata kemudian panaskan pan. Sekiranya tak habis boleh tutup dan simpan dalam peti sejuk boleh buat semula kemudian.

    CUSTARD SAUCE:
    4 tablespoons of custard flour
    5 tablespoons of sugar
    1 cup of milk
    1 cup of milk
    ½ tsp salt
    a little yellow colouring
    PLATE MIXTURE:
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup of milk
    ½ tsp baking powder
    👉 Custard flour, sugar, milk & salt are mixed together, then turn on the heat and stir constantly so that it does not curdle. Then refrigerate. This sauce looks runny but after it cools it will freeze and then pour it into a piping bag.
    👉 Mix all the pancake batter, stir well then heat the pan. If it doesn't run out, you can cover it and store it in the fridge, you can make it again later.
