You're looking great Preeti! Can't believe it has already been 12 episodes. I took some time after your last episode to reflect on why I havent been able to see results yet and it was actually quite a revelation. First point is my mindset. I never realised how often I keep thinking and saying that I'm just not losing weight. Secondly, I am still eating a lot of unhealthy food which I only realised when I started documenting all my meals. And thirdly, my sleep pattern is too erratic because of which I feel too tired during the day and don't end up exercising. However, I have been working on these points and I can picture myself posting a comment on your video in 6 months or so saying that I reached my goal weight :)
My Son was 18 months when he went to play school . He also did not make any friends in play school . It took him time and once he joined regular school he made loads of friends and is a people person now in high school . Observe him and let him be . He will be fine
Hey Preethi, I wanted to share my experience with you regarding sending my kid to daycare at 11 months. Living in the UK, it's quite common to enroll kids in daycare early on. It can be challenging for children to adjust to a new environment, regardless of their age. However, I want to assure you that it's important not to stay back with your child at school. Trust me, they will become accustomed to the new routine and unfamiliar faces more quickly if you're not constantly by their side. It usually takes about a week for them to settle in comfortably. I'm actually planning to do the same with my second child soon. I truly hope Taksh settles in and adjusts smoothly very soon. Best wishes 🩷

If you are sorted with the finances, its better to consider quitting the job. We get lots time to spend with kids. Also I felt my kid is more happy and secure if im with them. He is 5 year old and we developed a great bond. And moreover this time never comes back. They need us the most now😊 Only thing is we need to be careful not to get lazy with WFH and try to maintain a structured day as much as possible. If you are a person who likes to be more calm and peaceful then you can definitely think about quitting. Just sharing my experience if its of any help to you. P.S Only if you are ok with your finances. Ok, I will better stop now🤫 as I can go on and on on this topic😁

I also started my weight loss journey. I’m not on any crash diets, i just try to eat normal and healthy home cooked food just like you did in your journey I also workout out and that includes climbing stairs for 3 min followed by 20 min walking for 5 times a week Soo is this workout not suited??
