On another note.. I totally agree.. do we even need schools like these.. The eduction system has totally become a money minded business… it’s simply business.. there are still a few school that focus on the development of the child not the development of their lives and lifestyle with the money for the childs education
Btw gap might also mean a drop year in which students who could not crack the competitive exams like NEET/JEE/CUET in first attempt ..will prepare for their exams again and study super hard..So if taksh wants to take a drop please allow him LOL just saying .
The rant about the school made me sad. The pressure of school for us Indian children is too much. I live in Canada now and if my kids want to take a year off, that will be more than ok. As long as they are working some type job and not free loading. I prioritize my kids' happiness over the over-stressful pushy education that was part of my childhood. The time off can really help kids figure out what they really want to do with their lives instead of the whole "be a Doctor, Architect, Engineer or failure" thing. There that's my rant. Otherwise, I love watching all your videos :)
You are absolutely correct Preethi the school fees is insanely high, my 3 yr niece lives in Mumbai and her school fees is 30k per month to most of us even this is also a high amount : )

Cannot get enough of her ♥️ Love how relatable your vlogs are! You’ve really inspired me to stay consistent with my fitness goals.
School fees can be high depending on the facilities the school provides like lab,pools n other research project centres and also for the highly qualified staff.But 2.2 lacs per month is really too much…totally not justified
Dude dude dude , we are on the same boat, i am a mother of 4 year old and 6 month old, and i am searching school for my 4 year girl. Gone to very vip school , she cracked the interview, we somehow convinced that we will manage the fees. But by god grace we didn't paid addmission fees. Came back home my brother who is also doc , asked the schl name and said that his boss's son is also going on that school or "woh pura bigad chuka hai, hod sir ro rahe the." After so many disscussion and reaserch. We dicided to put her in very normal school and invest money in home tution plus we will also send her good sports academy. Since she is so much interested in sports. Hope you do right decision.

Lots of good restaurants and breweries.In terms of career opportunities Bangalore is great but I would say that I still like Pune Better.🥴

Gap year is not for chilling, its for entrance preparation for IIT/NEET exams(taken by mostly those students who couldn't qualify for entrance examination in first attempt)

Hahahhahah the school situation is really miserable... I don't think 1.5 lakh a month is any reasonable. When we shifted to Pune we had the same reaction. I have 2 siblings. We researched a bit and then tried our luck with air force school. Luckily we got selected. After a point honestly, school doesn't anyway add anything good to the education. Everyone relies on tution o coaching and that's even costlier. So my advice is get admission in mid priced school like average and then after a point focus on good tuitions

I do have my cousins who were born and raised in different parts of Europe and according to them almost everyone ( it doesn't matter whether you are rich or not ) go for gap year and in that one whole year all they do is travelling across the world or do some other shity things , it's very european thing . Through you i found out that people in our country also allow their children to do that . Actually it's not make sense to me in any form . And about fees It's not all about money , but what on earth these schools will going to teach our childrens ( anything that has to do with woke culture , I'm not ok with that ) that's more important to me . Why they are charging so much , I mean who cares for super expensive infrastructure that don't belongs to us .

We’ll it’s tricky, my doctor said that it’s a myth, our body doesn’t work that way. But my family was persistent. So I did it for like 3-4 weeks. 😊
