I tried this reccently in a correspondence game. i di not remeber it all and he played a very tricky line, however i got away with it he had to give up an exchange to stop my attack and i manged to win with it. Thanks for the inspiration

Why do you have to remember anything in correspondence?

@@Sough the site i use is quite strict with relation to what you can and cannot do in a game, consulting with others is not allowed, i interpret this as including seeing a youtube video on the opening. Before the game, and after the game ,si fine during it i must remeber.

You can't just take ur shades off mid game! Nothing good ever comes from that move.

Your Leela gambit video has scored me so many wins. People instantly take on e5 thinking youve blundered the pawn

Taking on e5 is the best move. Nobody knows that pulling back the bishop to g3 is best beacuse its very unnatural

What’s more surprising is why nobody in places like chessable recommend this gambit for black. Best white have is equality but in practice you always get advantage as black since nobody will know it

I've seen it recommended in several spots over the past few years. It is indeed a very good line.

I dont think people go to chessable for the fun lines.

@@aarongull5 there are many courses in chessable using fun lines. i have a few courses there with fun offbeat lines. for example something i dont have there which is offbeat and probably fun is the trompawsky course of kamil pitcha the shorter one

Please play more five minute games ... your three minute games tend to end in a race to the flag, which isn't good content ... I'd rather see you crush them in the endgame.
