Not a chance. Josh said it best, Type O died with Peter. That’s why he became a Medic and gave up making music. It’s great there cult followers but no tribute with the original members.

Normally, I'm not a fan of projects like this. Often times, they are well-intentioned but just come across as plastic. This, however, I dig. The cover you guys did of "Love you to Death" was a solid cover, but being able to do a totally new cover like Pete would make is impressive as hell. It means you understand what made Type O Negative's music unique, and you're able to extend the bands life a bit longer. Respect! Now, maybe you can cover of something like Black Sabbath's "Planet Caravan" (since Pete was a big fan of Black Sabbbath) ✌

Anytime I've posted or anyone else, there is a lot of negative feedback. Sometimes it's about 50/50, depending on the group. I wish people understood it's better to scroll on than to waste time hating. There are a million other things more worthwhile to do.

I have been listening to metal for 25 years. This is absolutely, without a doubt, a bona-fide masterpiece and up there with anything I personally deem exceptional.
Just found this and I’m so emotional I first discovered TON on Headbanger’s Ball I went out and bought the tape (with my TAPE WORLD/RECORD TOWN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT - I KNOW CONTAIN YOUR JEALOUSY!) I was Like ok what is this shit and when the bass and guitar for Christian Woman kicked in I was like ok I’m showing everyone I know. LATER- my friends saw them with Danzig, GODFLESH and LOA in Dayton in Dec 92. Pete was so nice we talked shop for a second (while Joey Z was hitting on my gf lol) he said the secret to their recording, live shows and sound was sustain!? He showed me his bass and the pick-ups said it was some German beater but both he and Kenny used Fernandez pick-ups bc they could just wail on a single note w one finger for minutes. Funny, I’ve never forgotten that Fernandez lol. Oh and one thing, I did some video work for Biohazard which was supposed to lead to a TON doc but it fell to shit for many reasons anyway Johnny (the new guy - cue banjo). Said The vox would always be worked and harmonized so basically every dynamic range would hit with the chorus. Anyway my only suggestion would be add in those high emotional Kenny harmonies and octaves during the chorus or at least at the end . Not even sure how like singing background main melody or harmony or the fill-in during the chorus. I don’t mean to be a dick sorry if I am I just want you guys to sound the best you can! I love this version I actually felt that dark romance in the air again I haven’t felt since 2010. You definitely embody the essence! A darker shade of green… Thanks again for your work and commitment

Captures the overall production values, tones, phrasing, playing, feeling of hearing them thanks to the most beautiful girl in the room putting them on at a party one lazy afternoon in 1997. Incredible.
This cover is an absolute banger, like this honestly felt like a genuine type o song. And the guitar work is, for lack of a better term, music to my ears lol. Also, I love how the video is basically just a sick mash up of black no.1 and loved you to death. Good stuff, Pete would've loved this!
