Thank you Dave for this particular video. I always thought we could get cuttings at this time of year but never had success. My mixture was not open enough and I probably kept them too wet. Time to try again.
@@cw5841 okay thank you for the response back! I am doing about 21° C or is 70° F. I also have heard from other sources that 14 hours sunlight is needed to trigger dahlias to form roots so I am doing that with a timer as well.

That is really interesting Dave. Thanks. Must try.
Great video Dave, hope you have success with this.
😮 WoW! Thank you for this! So informative!
I can’t wait for part 2, I never would of guessed that you can do anything with a dahlia besides put it asleep for the winter.
Thank you for this video! I’m curious how large these will be by the spring?
Great video now I will try this .
Phương pháp làm đất ươm cây của bạn rất tốt .
Can I ask, do you keep some heat on in the greenhouse over winter?
Черенок укоренится, а вверх вырастет? Вы же точку роста отрезали. Покажите потом результат, пожалуйста.
Thanks Dave. How often do you mist ?
@cw5841 not often at all. No real need in the propergator with lids on.
@@DaveGillamDahlias I am trying this right now, do you keep heat on them and artificial lighting to extend the day?
@@hansachter5657 just heat, but extra light would be better.
