We went on Navigator of the Seas in March 2023 and had a completely different experience in the main dining room! The food was incredible! There were 8 in our group and everyone loved it. Only one night we had issues where the food wasn't as great, I think it was an India theme. But we loved it so much we actually went to breakfast a couple of mornings. Our server and assistant were incredible, and our service was not as slow. We did the 5:30 dining so maybe that's why, but it was a really great experience for us. I'm sorry it wasn't for you.
We had never had a bad experience in the main dining room before navigator. We just chalked it up to bad luck and them working on the new menu. We’re currently on Odyssey and overall the food has been great. Thank you for watching!
Thank you for watching and we are glad you enjoyed it! There are designated smoking areas on each ship- Navigator’s are on the outdoor areas of deck 4 on either side of the ship by the shuffleboard. This area is shown towards the end of the video at 51:03 if you’d like to see this spot. If you are a smoker it’s a nice quiet area with some chairs and if you are not there’s enough open air space to avoid it. Hope you have a great cruise, Navigator is a good one!
@@letsgetwanderlost Thank you so much :) No but now I know where to stay away from. Lol I have asthma and so I always make an effort to steer clear. Thank you 🤩
We avoid the smoking areas as well. Just don’t completely avoid the deck 4 walking area. It’s a good place to see wildlife and at the back you can watch the wake and the sunset.
I will be on this ship in Jan 2024, crossing my fingers my canadian weather will hold up and not cause a bad snowstorm for the drive to the airport that month.
Main dining room is open for lunch on sea days usually. The casino on Navigator, and voyager class ships in general, is smaller than some of the other ships in the fleet like quantum and oasis class. Even if there were little sections deemed non-smoking the casino is too small to really stop the smoke from carrying over to the non-smoking sections. From our experience the entire casino smelled or could smell like smoke.
This was shot during the last week of January/First week of February on a 4 day weekday cruise. We usually film during off-peak times for different areas of the ship to try to get better shots of the different venues without disturbing too many people. Overall, The cruise we were on didn’t feel that busy but there were times it was in different venues.
I love that. It's open and roomy. I don't like it when they are closed off and like a maze. It was so beautiful and the have entertainment all over in the evenings. The sports bar is there as well. We really enjoyed it on Navigator.
We’ve only had to go to customer service to remove a charge off of our account when a drink package didn’t recognize. I’m sure it’s stuff like that 🤷♂️
Totally not a fan of it. Normally the joggers do their thing early in the morning or later in the evening. You pretty much can’t keep a good pace during the day with all the pool traffic.
Not at all. First, it was NOT on the pool deck. It was one level above. I walked it every single day and it was my favorite part of my morning. Walking around during the day there a wasn't an issue, and most joggers were there in the mornings when there was hardly anyone around.
Hello, thanks for watching and thanks for the feedback. You’re not the first person to say something about the music on this ship tour and we’ve adjusted the music on our newer videos based on this feedback. Thank you again!
Nice job with the video editing and content!👍
Thank you so much for watching. Really appreciate the compliment and feedback.
Awesome ship tour! I hit subscribe! :) Thanks for sharing!

Great Tour! We will be on this ship next month and it is my first cruise. Do they allow people to smoke on them?

@@letsgetwanderlost Oh thank you! I will 🥰 So excited to see my first cruise ship.

Is any part of the casino non-smoking? And is the main dining room open for lunch?

Hahaha, an escape room that you have never heard anyone say anything about. I guess no one escaped. (Sorry, hour long video so I'm here to the end!)
Yep, they just keep stuffing people into the room and hopefully no one notices.
When was the video shot? Nobody on the ship, hopefully it was just that you got on first thing

Man, I feel like you are walking through a mall. lol
The promenades on the larger ships feel like that even more. Hard to realize you’re on a ship in the ocean and not at the local mall.

What do people complain about while on a cruise? Are they having too much fun?

Jogging track on the pool deck seems like a good way to get run over by a jogger.

Music is irritating
