Hi guy's the body and face sculps are amazing. Even though I have been collecting startrek figures for nearly 30 years!.The Exo 6 figure's are figures ill never be able too collect or afford because of the price of them. If I had the money too be able too get any of the Exo 6 line of figures the first one I'd get would be Command chakoty! The face sculp is excellent. I might be wronge but I don't think that the one's shown on the have been released yet which be another figure I personally like. Thank for breaching out with other makes of trek figures it give s you a large view of other figures.
So if you guys want a rundown of the whole history of EXO-6 - I'd be happy to write it out for ya. I played a (very small) role in it's very beginnings. It's literally the love child of ONE superfan who also happens to love 1/6 scale figures who started making bootlegs and eventually created his own factory, hired his own painters, clothing designers, etc (many of whom had no experience and also many whom are disabled), and made it into what it is today. He's a great guy - he's on the credits on the box as Nanjin Tam. You can try to reach out to him directly. You can also look up the videographer, he's active on FB as well. I actually have all but one of these...Kira is actually IMHO the worst of the DS9 line, and she's still pretty great. Mike - if you can get your hands on Quark, do it. Personally I think he's the best figure EXO-6 has released so far! For DS9 specifically, they've released Sisko (in both a regular and deluxe edition with his extra look from "In the Pale Moonlight"), Quark, and Odo. Bashir is coming very soon, and they've shown prototypes of Dax and O'Brien. Keep an eye out for the Star Trek convention coming up next week, they will be there and should show off a bunch of new stuff. EDIT 1: The consultants are actually fans! EXO-6 - and Nanjin himself - are very involved in Facebook, and Nanjin was having trouble with figuring out the exact materials/patterns of Kira's uniform. The pre-HD series uniforms were all sold off, and it's hard to pickup details from the old standard-def footage, so fans who had extra information - mainly those trading cards with pieces of cut up uniforms in them - sent them his way to get the patterns/fabrics/colors right, and those folks are credited on the box! EDIT 2: That second sheet is, like you first thought, another insert for the top of the stand. The clear plastic top pops off. That little baggie of extras are clips so you can clip multiple bases together. Put one in the middle with the blue circle and five others with the grey piece around it and you have a transporter base!
Oh you DID write it out, thanks!!! I'll reach out to Nanjin and say hello and Thanks! Def wanna check out a Quark as the design on that one looks insane! m
@@KeithandMike Hey you guys should consider doing a look at the new figures shown off at the Star Trek Las Vegas convention today. They look amazing - Guinan, Wesley, the Lower Decks characters, and TOS! And most importantly for you Mike - Garak and O'Brien.
I always told myself I would never go down the road of the 1/6th scale figures, but then EXO-6 showed up. I have four of them with two more on the way. They are too good to pass up.
Yes! I had just got the Kira in the mail the same day. We just aired this first. You made a great call! Excited to share that next week. Also, imma get a Quark at some point. It’s just… truly expensive. Hahaha.

Haha yeah, boy they're an expensive rabbit hole!
You should reach out to the Videographer, Anthony. His RUclips channel is Six Scale Mafia
So you already have one. I thought about Sendung you Kira or Quark. But now i think my decision was right.

It's too bad that this isn't Barbie as Kira.
Space Freedom Fighter Barbie
Uniform is FAR too saturated red
Def very saturated. I don’t color grade extensively, but feel like this is fairly representative of the model’s coloring.
It's SET accurate. Based on a piece of the actual uniform. You're basing your opinion on a tv you watched on the 90s.
Great to know!
