When I got the downpipe from CVF. They sent me a lower o2 spacer aboutb1" long. They told me to use these to prevent the check engine light from coming on, but I see from your video. You did not use them.
Absolutely solid video. Watched it a few times before my install and sure enough ran into the same things along the way. Luckily I didn't have to remove the drive shaft, but the rest was exactly as outlined in the video. Huge thanks for this video.

pretty cool saving some money right now to pick one up for mine but quick question what size was your socket for the o2 sensors and what size extension and swivel did you use to unbolt the downpipe?
7/8 or 22mm but you need a special O2 socket that has a slit on the side so the wire has somewhere to go. I believe the 3/8 extension is 16” or 24”. The swivel socket was just a basic 3/8 swivel socket. You can get all this stuff from Amazon or harbor freight for cheap.

I have a 2022 3.5 Tremor. Since you’re affiliated with CVS, do you know if they have any plans of releasing down pipes for 2022 to current F150 3.5s?
They’re in the testing phase and should be releasing soon.
