Just want to say I found these videos really helpful in planning our treehouse project! One question - did the UHMW strips take your beams out of level, did you slightly adjust the tri beam heights to account for the UHMW? About to mount our beams and trying to find the right approach
I’m pretty sure based on my memory and the drawings that bark-to-bark is around 11 feet give or take a few inches. Square footage of the platform (minus the balconies and zip line platform) is probably around 100 sq feet (10 x 10). That includes the portion that is the house.
THank You for all the content! I can't wait to use some of these methods and ideas to do my tree house!
You’re welcome! I hope you have as much fun building it as we did.
Great video Im Trying to learn how to build a tree palace

Good question. I lowered the tri-beam by about a half inch on the side with the UHMW so that it would be level after adding that.
@@ChrisMavik got it, thank you!!
Where did you get the UHMW pieces?
I think from treehouse supplies.
great video, what's the span of the trees bark to bark? and what's the sq footage of the platform? Thanks for sharing

@@ChrisMavik great thanks. Mine will be smaller so I'll be able to use these lags rather than the TABS. Still holding up I assume?
Yes sir. Still holding up great 3 years later.
