When you call and tell family that you send money for them, the only time you hear back from them is if they don't get the money once they get it you don't hear from them again until they want more. They are very ungrateful.

It’s been a challenge because an architect take his deposit, a lot of my hard earned money and run away. I was thinking of selling my land and not bothering to return and retire in Jamaica.
