I got it to reset but still wants the previous password to use it any other options?
You can click on "use my google account instead" and you activate it with you gmail and password. Good luck

i am having a hard time getting the volume up button to work with the power button after selecting the recovery mode option....could it work different for the motarola phone i have??? mine is not a edge??? Got it finaly after like 6 times of tring but finished again tyvm for video
